I'm puzzled - he seems to throw even FARTHER when he DOESN'T reverse. How is that possible? When reversing, you are getting your full body rotation into the throw. Seems like that would allow you to throw farther.
It confussed me to, i always bring my hips forward which gives me momentum, he just kinda stops

@@stevearnold2855 dude it's much too late in his career to convert to the spin. He would have to unlearn glide and learn the spin, which takes throwers most of their career to master. That's why he's called the last glider.

Explosive jumps/squats. (Develop explosive leg extensions)
Work the rotation of your core and core in general. So like cables and crunches.
Bench press and overhead press. (Make them explosive reps for that explosive arm strength) also work your triceps well.
Stretch for elasticity, and also do isometrics, look into those.

David storl always struggled with his reverse. He’s not like Ulf tilmerman who had a good reverse. If he got his reverse down he probably could have thrown high 22 or maybe 23 meters.

Randy barnes world record shouldn't be the world record in the first place. he got caught juicing 4 months after the record was set, so i can guarantee you that he was when he threw the record. There's a reason he was banned from the sport for life.
