2020 has been a very rough year for all of us... We lost David Prowse and Jeremy Bulloch, and just a lot has happened this year...
And so I thought it would be nice to arrange an emotional version of "Victory Celebration" to celebrate the lives of the people we lost in 2020 and look forward to a hopefully better 2021!

This year was an interesting year of Star Wars. It marked the aftermath of the saga's end, the finale of one of the most beautiful tv shows ever made, The Clone Wars, in which we saw our clone friends that have fought by our sides for over a decade fall and betray the Jedi. The future of star wars tv shows have been revealed in the Disney Shareholders Day, trailers were released, and we saw the Mandalorian's second season pass by in thrilling fashion. We lost so much, but gained so much all the same. I won't miss 2020, but I'll miss the stories that came with it. Stories that I'm sure will be passed down through the generations. Everyone we lost this year are ones with force, and look down upon us with smiles. May the force be with us all.

That Endor Celebration theme from ROTJ is one of the most underrated soundtracks in Star Wars.
Especially since it wasn't even originally in the movie in the first place! This was added later (for the special edition dvds I think?) to replace the original ending piece.

2:40 Imagine, Anakin dies and sees his old master, Obi Wan Kenobi. Anakin is tearing up and is too ashamed to even speak to his former master. Before he could say "forgive me master" Obi-Wan hugs him hard. Anakin cries on his shoulder explaining why he did everything. Obi-Wan knew he just did what was foretold, to bring balance to the force. As they release each other from their embrace they watch Luke, Han, Leia, Lando and Chewie celebrating. Anakin smiles, thinking of Padme. The other jedi masters apologize to anakin for their ignorance, and reassured him that he was just doing what was prophesized of him to do, and that they don't seem revenge. Anakin finally meets Ahsoka, who tells him that she'll never leave him again.
Do you know what this reminds me of? From the last airbender when Zuko sees Iroh and tries to apologize, starts crying and then iroh hugs him. It’s so perfect

My Dad passed away earlier this year, thanks to a Covid test and a lack of nurses taking care of him, in the hospital. He had gone back in due to physical weakness, he'd been combating cancer for the past four years, and wanted a checkup done. They gave him a catheter, which he told my Mom had been changed maybe once or twice in the week he had been conscious of what was going on. They eventually took him off of it, put him on life support for awhile, then he passed away in his sleep in early April.
Now, I decided to post this to let you all know of his love for Star Wars. He had absolutely fallen in love with Rebels, Clone Wars, and The Mandalorian. He and I both had our opinions on the sequels, and He even loved the prequels; as cheesy as they were. I'd like to say I knew my Father really well, but it was moments like that: Where I'd binge Doctor Who or Rebels with him, where I really got to know him.
I thank God that he was able to make it this far, and didn't have to deal with the rest of the disgusting year.

2 years ago, I lost my father. We didn’t always get along, and he could be a jerk at times, but 3 things we always were able to bond over. Anime, video games, and Star Wars. He took me to see the movies in theaters, joined me at fan events, and bought me some of my first lightsabers. Coming back to this video on may 4th just reminded me of the good times we had.

I never knew Star Wars until 2019 but then my classmate Alex said something about ROS and I watched the movie
I loved it and I started to watch the trilogy from prequel,Original,Sequel and watch ROS for a second time

One of the greatest movies of all time with one of the greates music ever made!
As a child I was surrounded by the movies and shows. My dad, my older brother and I would go out onto our front lawn at night and have lightsaber fights with my dad being Darth Vader and my brother and I being Luke and Leia.
I remember my dad and I being super excited to watch them when they had Star Wars marathons on cable.
My brother and I would always play the old LEGO Star Wars games when they came up. I even watched him play the really old Star Wars games on the first Xbox to come out.
Even watching the newer movies excited me, I didn’t care about how they finished really. I was just happy that they still had the lightsabers and the Jedi/Resistance and the Empire/First Order there.
And I just wanna say,
Thank you George Lucas for making my childhood. ❤️

After watching the Mandalorian and the Book of Boba Fett, I’m so truly happy to see how the universe has grown. We learned what happened to Ashoka, Luke got to meet his father’s remaining friend (other than 3pO and R2 of course.) Din and Grogu reunited, and Boba Fett had learned to no longer seek revenge but to honour his father, Jango. And soon we will learn about Obi-Wan, and his story will show us how he struggled and how he stayed close with the force despite it all.
Once again, thank you to the Star Wars universe for making my life better. It’s crazy how so much has been made after one simple movie.

Star Wars is everything to me. All eras, all characters, they all mean something to me. The clone wars got me into Star Wars as a kid, the sequels were my first Star Wars cinema experience, and with my mother introducing them to me, it meant all the more to me. Which is why I love them all. Star Wars is forever.

I so miss Carrie... It scares me to think that one day all the actors of the original trilogy would be gone. But I'll keep hope because I know they'll be rejoicing up there. And I'd very much love to join them when it's my turn to move on

Yes. I resolved a long time ago to not be a toxic fan. I may disagree with you, but I will never tell you to hate anything, it wouldn't be the Jedi way.
Lets face it regardless of the hate (i dislike the sequals ) we all can agree on one thing and thats that the music on all of the movies or videogames are fantastic
In 1977 a movie called Star Wars came to theaters everywhere across the world becoming a movie that sparked the imagination and fandom that we now know today and it all started with one sentence - “a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away” thank you George Lucas for making a movie that will forever be in my heart. For all my Star Wars fans out there live long and prosper 🖖😂😂 just kidding… may the force be with you always
