it’s an ss+ weapon that dropped only in the ninja tool shop, meaning you had to open esoterics to get it, at this point it’s unknown when we will see it again 🤷🏻♂️
you can use either something that does damage like crimson drizzle or something that extends the stun like paralysis jutsu, and for the ult i would go with uchiha shuriken jutsu spring storm 🫡
