Ben Folds never fails to amaze me. Seen him several times live. A true piano legend.
I love how Ben admits to being nervous, even tho he seems so laid-back and authentic. I like him so much.
Literally the best ever performance of One Angry Dwarf... they should go on tour.
these kind of interviews, ones THIS good.......i live for this shit
Mr. Ben Folds, my humble, self-deprecating hero. :)
This should have more views. Can't believe it took 5 years for this to come up as a suggested video. Great interview!
This is awesome. Just watched the whole thing. Has a great balance of interesting questions and great music.
28:00, killer solo by Dean Shelly Berg.
With all the crap music and musicians out there- it's nice to have Ben, such a great breath of fresh air, love all his stuff- nice interview
love this video.
7 years later. hard to find but still love this video!
wait... did Ben say he was on Live at Daryl's House? If so... where's that episode?!?!
The interviewer said, "pianistically." Hahhaa.....
What's the name of that French musician from the West Coast? They talk about her just before the 9 minute mark
So!
Ben, you had that unfinished song many years ago... the one in F that you saying "aint got no words yet".... I saw you at Elmhurst College in Illinois back in 2002.... it was one of your "half baked" songs. Still working on it?
looks like it, he plays a slightly updated version of it in this vid. looks like it'll be on the next album?
+benjamnwoods If you watch the "Making of Songs for Silverman" video, he plays a different version of the song towards the very end. And now he's finally released it!
