This is a video of our screen & recoat floor maintenance service on an oak hardwood floor. The client wanted a quick floor refresh before the house got listed on the market. Up to 80% improvement with only a screen & recoat maintenance service in just one day. We abraded the old finish, removed the surface-level scratches in the finish and applied two new layers of high-end waterborne finish. On this floor, rolled 2 coats of Pallmann, a German water-based polyurethane. The results were amazing, floor looks fresh now.
