The backyard & primary suite sold me. The only thing I would change is the access to the backyard from the basement. They should accessible without going through a bedroom, or maybe I missed that part
No the only access is through that bedroom. They missed an opportunity during the renovation to turn that large window in the basement living room into a door. It already overlooks the lower level patio.
Outstanding renovation job! Livable proportions and sensible design while still looking grand. The only tiny wish I have is that a window was in the downstairs kitchen. Otherwise, perfect for a large multi-generational family.
