Nice house, Its a little dated, but still livable. I LOVE how spacious the bedrooms are, and all with the en suites.. The back yard needs some landscaping. bc there's way too much pine needles insulation. lol The only 'problem' I saw was the unfinished space, in the basement (near the bar)... that bedroom wouldnt have an en suite bathroom.. and you would have to figure out how to maybe turned the half bath into a full bath. Otherwise, nice house, like i said before. lol
23:14 That’s beautiful reading corner. It’smissing a beautiful comfy chair with a nice table and lamp, probably a foot rest and the spiral staircase right in that corner directly in front of it. 😊
I'm speechless, simply stunning although I would get lost in this beautiful home. Every angle and curve is nice from that closet to the bathroom and Every room in between
Nice house but kitchen should have a full separate frig/ freezer. Main Stairs going to basement should have been an open copy of those above. No sauna or bathroom with a large shower next to the gym area. Downstairs kitchen would have been nice. Fireplace also under both the one on upper and lower porch areas. Laundry on both floors next to bedrooms. No pool? Four or five car garage would be nice. Outdoor pizza oven on lower level. I know I just jacked the price up another million. But for 2.6 mill I would expect more upgrades. Its Georgia unless they've gotten really high also on prices. No offense intended. Upgrades have become ridiculous..A guy can dream can't he? 😂
Beautiful home but finishes are not first class except for the library. It would cost double / triple in many other parts of the country. Can’t believe no staging.
I love this house. It needs renovation in certain areas, and the yard needs a little work, but it's a beautiful home.
I agree.
I like how the cabinets are built in onto the walls and the molding is so beautifully detailed.
😍😍😍
Now that’s the type of detail I love to see in a home…❤

If I won the lottery I'd 100% love to see the architectural floor plan blue prints to build a house like this in Missouri!!

whoever designed this house knows what they were doing. Everything just flows and has tons of presence
I'm happy you enjoyed it!

With the exception of the patio having access from the primary and a common room, the house is fabulous!!!
I'm happy you enjoyed the property! Hope to see you on another tour!🙌🏽
That house is beautiful ❤️
Love the layout ❤❤❤❤❤
I love that kitchen ❤
It's so good!
Listen I would buy this house as is it’s beautiful 😍
Very classic and cheap compared to other states, for half a million which is average today won’t get a quarter of this and no details.
Beautiful home. And, I absolutely love your video style. 😊
Glad you like it!
You mean wow what a stunning home!
Indeed! 😂

Thanks for the feedback
It’s looking a lot like my next home.

lawdamercy!!
Very nice house but overpriced, should have a pool and an elevator for the price range, my opinion of course.
An elevator and a pool would be nice, However this home is located on a country club and they have a community pool.
Do you not have eyes or something?
Lol then find a house that has those amenities or features. There isn't a written rule or law that states expensive homes should have xyz.
yea i agree and i bet it has an hoa..if not..thats a plus!
I think their HOA fees are $3000.
its dated. its big. its great for a family but its very far from the city. lovely home regardless. thanks for sharing!❤
Thanks for watching!❤️
House is beautiful but needs pool for grandkids
A pool would be nice! Thanks for watching!
