Hello, out of all of our hot sauces, our strawberry passion is clearly the favorite from all of our family and friends. I like your idea though. Try it out and please let me know how it goes. You've inspired me. I think within the next few weeks I'm going to try to adjust my recipe just a little to see what else I can create. If it works out well I'll post a video. Thanks
Sir, I really like your recipe! And have fre questions as well: How long can the sauce last if I preserve (can in bottles or jars) it? Should I increase the amount of vinegar (apple cider vinegar for example) in such a case to preserve the sauce well for a long time? And one last question - if I add sweet onion to the recipe (Vidal onions), will it spoil the taste of the sauce? Many thanks!
Hello, I use 5 Oz woozy bottles. You can find them on Amazon. All of my sauce recipes have vinegar and will last about 1 year without refrigeration. Yes, Increase amount of vinegar for larger batches. My sauce tastes great even over ice cream. If you were to add onions not so much . Good luck👍
I like this recipe. How many grams or cups of Habanero peppers are you using. Also, does the brown sugar make the sauce sweet? Does it thicken the sauce? Can you use brown sugar to replace xanthan gum? What about separation?
Hello, I use 2 cups (around 7 medium size habanero peppers) for this recipe. The brown sugar thicken the sauce but it's really great. By far the most preferred hot sauce we make. Everyone loves it. Try it, and please let me know what you think. Maybe I will make a new strawberry hot sauce video for 2023 Thanks :)
7 strawberries makes 12 ounces of sauce. Max vinegar 1 tablespoon. I use a ph monitor to verify levels are safe and not requiring refrigeration. Sauce is everyone's favorite.
Wow. Super unique recipe. Nice. I think I'll try this and cut back on the brown sugar though, and sub a little honey and rice wine vinegar.

If you don't use fermented peppers, how much vinegar would you recommend?
