Ang problema ko is exam anxiety. Kahit anong aral, puyat at tiyaga ang gawin ko, basta pag out of hand ang kaba ko, hindi ko na masasagutan nang maayos ung exam lalo na pag math/physics. Ang hirap pag under time pressure ka tapos maoovercome ka ng kaba at mental block. Gusto kong baguhin ito kaso ang hirap. Sana maipasa ko ang stem, naturingan pa naman akong matalino at honor student.

How I wish napanood ko to sooner before may exam.Pero guys effective po lhat ng minention ni maam kasi po nasubukan kona ung where i quiz my self method and nakaperfect po ako sa exam ko and lahat ako highest. I been trying out methods like this especially the pomodoro method,cornell method(for note taking),sq3r method and gumagana po talaga sya if determinado ka and im hoping for improvement in next quarter. 😊
Naalala ko lang po during my math exam last week, hindi ko naapply yung tip#12. I was in the middle of solving those equations nang mapansin kong isa-isa nang lumalabas yung mga classmates ko ng classroom. Siyempre apat na lang kami sa loob, napressure ako kaya nag "a,b,c,d" nalang ako don sa mga remaining items. Paglabas ko ng room, chineck ko yung phone ko 8:16 pa pala (hanggang 8:30 yung exam). Kaya nadissapoint ako sa sarili ko since nag aral pa naman ako whole night tapos ganon din naman pala.
At since mag eexam pa kami sa 4 subs namin this Thu-Fri, I'll use your 12 tips po ma'am. Thank you so much pooo! 💗

Hii! I have a tip din^^. Kapag naibigay na sa inyo yung test questioner, 'wag muna kayo sasagot, tignan at basahin niyo muna ang bawat questions kasi there's times na yung answer nasa questions lang, tapos READ IT, basahin po ng mabuti. Yun lang po thank you!

Hala ma'am Kahit alam na namin, yung Exam date, hindi parin kami ma kapag Review andaming Activities 🤧😭 kaya dina mapagkasya, lalo na duon sa Strict na mga teachers, bawal mag reklamo, 3days before the Exam akala namin review nalang sa Entrep, hindi pala may sumingit pa na 4 na bagong Activities from different Sub😭🤧 hayss ewan...
