I really like Santucci from GT considering what he’s done with Duke and GT. Plus he’s young and may appeal more for these young recruits. Leonard is another great option. A lot of people knocking Golden, but he’s done a great job at ND, but also comes with a huge price tag.
TBH, in regard to Golden, we need a DC who’s shown the ability to build a defense and stop modern era offenses. Al Golden’s resume has good experience, but he hasn’t built anything since the Bush era and having a top 5 defense under a Marcus Freeman ran program isn’t going to “wow” our fanbase.
