it was my car , i made an adapter for turbo mount ( from oem manifold to turbo ) , custom downpipe with external WG pipe and custom full exhaust system , also custom aluminium turbo piping with front mount intercooler

What did you use for Fuel management? Mechanical pump, or ECU?
Looks electrical unless he has modified the governor, the mechanical pumps only rev out to 4200, or at least mine does
