It's definitely an awesome treat to see episodes of my all-time favorite show growing up, "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?", and from my 2nd all-time favorite season; Season 3; Season 2 is my all-time favorite. @@antonspivack3928 I thought the VCR could record a show whether or not the TV volume was low. Why was the TV on low volume? I could barely hear what they were saying over all that static.

The sound quality on this video is horrible. I keep on hearing this high-pitched static that drowns out most of the dialogue.
