It's out of stock at the moment.
Great job 👏 on your awesome reviews as always
I have now found the perfect unit however does it have any WiFi features
I don’t recall any Intel behalf
Also can such a unit be double plugged to get 220
Is it possible
Or if I bought two units could it then be done
Or does such the unit exist as a similar power plant with the concept of buying two or one yielding say 7,500 kWh with 220 and WiFi
That type of system in the Travato
I’m looking for the best of the best with a 100 amp or 200 amp output with up to two 220 spots and a dozen 110 with 3-30 amps and 3-15’s and 2-10 and a 5 plus usb and 12-volts
Off grid charged by both panel and 58 volt alternator
Money is no consequence
THANKYOU brother

Great 😊!!!!, now I’m addicted to another UA-cam channel. You’ll find this UA-cam channel very informative and entertaining. You can tell Hobotech knows his stuff , very thorough and actually enjoys doing reviews.

@@BostonBorn best comment ever.👍
Wow...you are getting quite a professional reputation...many of the company sites (Bluetti, and others) list your name and videos as testimonials.
Congrats...your hard work has paid off...🥳👍🏻
@Russell Hank He doesn't have to take responsibility either he never states anything as 100% fact just gives his best estimates and reviee
I've been editing for nearly five decades. I know the amount of effort and time it takes to shoot something like this, much less edit it. You do a phenomenal job of bypassing all the b.s. and just giving us the facts we need to know (and some facts we didn't KNOW we needed to know). Thank you for all you do!!
Hello HOBOTECH, thank you for the product review. It seems, based on the comments, that a lot of folks get-caught-up in comparing or nit-picking devices against each other. However, you not only provide an excellent analysis of the the product you're reviewing but, you also go to great lengths in explaining who & for what reasons (conditions, environment, etc) the particular product is for! There are several products, as you have previously explained, that are good or not so good for people & different reasons. This is a great product for exactly how you explained it, that is the size & power of the "inverter." Also, it is quite cost effective! Thanks again for your dedication to product review and of course your tremendous insight. 👍🏻
I'm working with Pecron Support about purchasing. They have been fantastic! They also stated the Q4000S with an MPPT charger will be coming in a few months. No idea on price but I'm willing to wait for extra power. Thanks for your reviews. I'd be somewhat clueless without your help.
Still waiting.
This didn't age well
@@revrund what didn't she well? The pecron Q3000s?
I like your reviews for the level of detail that you put into your videos. You make it easy to digest for those of us who are dyslexic. Also as a mobile power station I could see this being used for people at fairs and festivals who are running computers, laser or inkjet printers, scanners, HD TVs/monitors, projectors (laser, DLP, LCD) and possibly even heat presses for a mobile Print-On-Demand business or service. Or for mobile DJs and VJs to power their gear.
Great idea!
Well, my bluetti 2400 worked awesome here in san Antonio during the great freeze. Ran my fridge for 3 and a half days with 2 bars to spare. Thank you for all your videos

That coment is rich.🤣
What a beast! The price/performance is a no brainer. This definitely would meet my needs with running my jewelry equipment off grid.
Great deal I’ll check out their delivery time. We love our Bluetti 200P.
Helloooo Hobotech. First thing Much respect for what you do and teach. After watching this video, I thought the Q3000S was the device for me. I got an offer from the web sight $1199.00 and received it today.
It now has an MPPT controller 600w PV 32v to 95v and a blueish white screen.I was dreading the red. It is charging right now at 525w off the charger.
I am so glad I watch your videos. Hope you see this and have a great holiday.
Wait a minute... No built in flashlight?
One of the most comprehensive reviews on a generator to date!
Thank you for all your helpful information on the products.
That is a bad ass emergency power station. Absolutely BAD ASS!!!
It would be great if one day they do come out with a hunky solar generator like this or bigger that also has EMP protection built right in...it's exciting though to see what's coming out all the time..very excited!!! Thank You Hobo for all all You Do!!!
They do...Its called a Titan Generator with a EMP protection bag which you can purchase at the same time. 2000 Watts of Solar Input, 3000W pure sinewave output. Dual MPPT controllers. Scalable to handle a number of batteries for a massive amount of reserve power
@@Archangel0804 How much are these you are discussing.
Thanks for this, you truly help me learn more about this technology. I love how the cover tones down the light, it helps when I'm trying to sleep!
You had me at the “air vent”. I always wanted one of those.
2:15. The build is BEAST and still considerate for the user. BEAST. SPEAK.
Bought one of these directly from Pecron's site and it didn't come with the accessory pack. Sent an e-mail to their support. Now it's wait and see. Also tried calling their customer support number. It's a Google Voice number. They don't even have an actual land/mobile number to call. We'll see if support gets back to me. My Spidey-sense is starting to tingle.
Did they ever respond?
@@BostonBorn They never did. The accessory pack eventually came after the Pecron arrived. It was shipped from a different company.
May be a fake expert for gullible customers....
Just a heads up Pecron released an updated charger for these units. Charges from the wall at double the speed. 440 watts input. I got one for my Q2000s. That makes this generator so much more usable. They also released an external MPPT for these units as well. I also have it and it's set at a hard limit of 300 watts. I can get 400 watts out of the same solar set up without using the MPPT adapter. I'm sure the MPPT helps my generator in the long run but I need the watts. Lol buy the 440 fast charger and skip the external MPPT controller! Thanks for all the work you put in Hobo!
Nice Great job on these solar generators. I have been looking for one to run my RV. I don't need it to run the AC. Im so glad i found your channel. I will always check in to see what your reviews are.
The production value of that little turntable that you used for this video was pretty sweet. Nice touch.
Wow... that's huge!! Inverter is 10x bigger and if 500 amp hours is 5x larger...I don't use much and need a generator if
i need the laptop for more than 3 hours a day depending on how much sun.
Awesome review. Thanks!:)
Oh bless you, not only do I get the information I’m looking for in a solid format but I also get to laugh all the way through it! Love the metal horns! Keep it up!
You just made me realize why I should be on 24 volts, instead of 12 volts.
I'm sure I've commented this before, but just in case I haven't, your reviews are excellent and very, very thorough. You must spend hours testing this equipment and then all your video editing. Your the man on these solar generators.
Okay Texas! Here's a power that will help us in the future.

Texas can go green and off grid. Would be better than depending on oil.
@@galacticwarlock2271 Yes our wind turbines were frozen. Had our electric plants been winterized by our out -of- state ceos of Ercot, we could've handled the storm. But because we were so busy with the mandated green energy, our source that provides statewide air conditioning with 105° temps 4 months straight would have been sufficient.

@@mjolnirswrath23 I know about batteries. No one has conned me. Hydrogen for example is green.
This is something I can use for my power tools and large freezer and refrigerator.
You can definitely charge this with more than 300 watts. I plugged in 6 solar panels (3 sets of 2 in series, all going into a parallel adapter). I was getting around 500 watts. I even emailed their customer support and asked them about this, a tech (or engineer?) responded with:
"Yes, Q3000S supports 400W input, actually the PV input for Q3000S is 29.4~40V, 20A(maximum), theoretically, it support a maximum of 800W input(40V@20A). It reaches the optimal charging performance at 441W(29.4V@15A)"
I'm thinking of doing just that.... how long does it take to charge to full with the 6 (I assume 100 watt) panels?
@@LearnToFlyWithPilotGuy Around 6 hours to charge from 0% to 100% when input is ~500 watts. I usually don't drain the battery though, I cycle between 75% and 25%, so it's half (3 hours). This is a underrated solar generator. It's simple to use, compact, and the inverter is very efficient. I have numerous others - Bluetti, Jackary, Hysolis, and the Pecron is one of the best. It's main drawback is the limited input voltage, but it allows high current to overcome this.
@@LearnToFlyWithPilotGuy Yes they are 100W panels

Love the weight factor. Always seems my timing is off every time you find something great. Know there is always something bigger and better around the corner that I can take advantage of once my home base has its improvements. Love the fact I can run heater on it. Normally a 30 min run in the early a.m. is what I need. Though tonight I cross my fingers that Texas power will hold out with the 15 degrees and snow I'm going to get to enjoy tomorrow. I have a little buddy as a back up but with those temps sure it will not keep up. Got everything battened down as best I can and ready.

WOW a great price for the power. By the time I can afford a solar generator these little disappointments may be gone. What I like about this one is I can use it as my house to power my fridge in a power outage. That helps justify the investment.
Sandee McLeieer - I agree. This morning our power went out for awhile from the icy weather. 3 hours later I was ready to go outside and fire up a generator I'd gotten last year for times like this when the power came back on. I like his review. But someone in the above comments said others will come out in May, so I may wait and see it that happens. Thank you for mentioning the use of the product in tiny homes. While I do go camping it’s always at a campground with electric hookup. I’ve dabbled with some tiny solar panels that you can simply plug a brick into, charge the brick and then charge my phone or a little light with a usb cord into. I recently bought an ebike and I’m getting tired of having to go to friends houses to charge it up. I’m ready to move up in the world and buy something capable of charging stuff in my really tiny (10x16) foot house. Could you please talk more about using them in a permanent situation.

Bluetti EB500 Is going HUGE
Excellent stuff
7:15. There's 400 watt solar panels out there, already. I would say that's a negative. But not a huge one. BOSS.
It's a pretty huge one. You're only looking at 1500wh of usable power per day via solar.
It's an unbalanced system. It's a 1500w inverter with 300w of charging and 3kwh of battery. The 2kwh version makes a lot more sense unless you're only looking for something you're not going to use for more than 3 days consecutively off grid.
The charger to battery ratio is reversed. It's hot garbage for daily use.
@@69nites 1500W usable is actually sized correctly..... you should size off grid systems to about double the usage per day both for having reserve power, and not fully cycling the battery constantly. It is still a little lame that it only has 300W in though. An exception to that might be an LTO system since you can cycle that deeper.
@@Wingnut353if you intend on relying on solar power you should be able to charge your system with a single sunny day for every 2 cloudy. If you deplete this battery it will take 2 days to charge it without any use in full sun.
This might have a use case if it had robust alternate charging via alternator or shore power but you're really just paying for 1kw of batteries you're never going to use because they didn't want to spend an extra 10 dollars on a properly sized charge controller.
If you can't keep your system charged reserve power means nothing. In reality this system will almost never be above 50% battery with daily use after the first time you've depleted your battery.
@@69nites yes, thanks for putting it all together

Lithium based batteries can't be used in freezing conditions (or much below freezing for some Lithium chemistries). You're right that sometimes people forget to talk about that in reviews, forgetting that not everyone is aware of this. It should be in your Jackery manual, however (see operating temperatures). One workaround is to keep the batteries warm.
Below freezing, I sometimes use a DC-powered electric blanket, loosely wrapping it around the battery bank. Those get hot enough to keep your battery warm in cold weather but shouldn't pose any risk of overheating. The only downside is that the blanket alone consumes 50 Watts. That can eat up your battery capacity pretty quick.
Rebel's idea of keeping it in a cooler when not in use can help, depending on how long you're leaving the van unheated. But eventually it will get too cold in the cooler, as well. However, if you're living out of your van and heating up the cabin frequently enough, that could be a workable solution. I'd even throw some warm thermal mass in the cooler with the Jackery, like maybe some warm rocks, which should help buy additional time.
None of the LiFePO4 based devices can be charged at much below freezing temperatures, and there's a temp limit for discharging too but it's a lot lower. So it's not just the Jackery doing this, but most of these devices. You really need to do your own research on things too, not just listen to what someone else says about them because what matters to you (like low-temp use) may not even be on their radar. As to putting the Jackery in a cooler (insulation) that doesn't create heat to keep it warm and working, it only allows a warm device to stay warm longer- maybe enough if the temps don't get too low or it's not just sitting there in the cold for days. You don't want to leave it in there while using it if that might let it overheat. Best to keep in the house where it will be warm and happy till you need to go portable.
This is way more than I need . And I haven't hrd that it has pass through capacity .
It comes with a accessory bag w/shoulder strap!?!
Shut up and take my money!
Great explanation. Enjoyed the video.
.1c charge rate? come on man. is this the 1920s?
Bluetti AC200P does have individual settings for 120v inverter and DC. Can shut off AC inverter if only running DC, plus vice versa. Very efficient. Slight correction from the video, nice review.
The AC200P is not very efficient on 12v. It has huge overhead for powering the 25A output, all the usb ports, and the wireless port anytime DC is on. This unit would last much longer on 12v.
@@HOBOTECH Thanks for feedback. I purchased the AC200P through your affiliate links. Works well (except in the cold). I am thinking on getting this one as a second generator. Based on its storage, your review, and it’s simple design. Or, should I look at something more complimentary for my AC200?
@@HOBOTECH Using DC is limited for RV use. Does not have the better connection. I was thinking I could charge the AC200P with this as the 200 is connected to a RV with the direct 25 amp DC connection? Or is this a stupid idea? This would keep a steady 7a charge to the 200 as the 200 pulls small-larger DC draw on the RV? Or... the heck with DC use the AC power off the AC200P? Still could use this device as a off grid extra capacity to keep the 200 charged. Especially when the triple/quad solar panels connected to the 200 are not working at night?
I had 8 D8 caterpillar batteries under my house with a 4,500 watt trace inverter, batteries were free, fire dept used the batteries and replaced them every year, during day generator ran and charged batteries, FYI solar panels don't work in Alaska during winter, at night batteries powered entire house and toyostove heaters.
The biggest downside of this solar charge controller is the lack of solar input, the Bluetti wins hands-down! ☹️
This has a solar input. I show it charging at 300w.

wow alot cheaper than goal zero ! too bad bluetti ac200p has a longer life cycle
8:01. Good speaking about the usb's.
It appears this is not a Lithium Iron Phosphate chemistry (LiFePO4), but rather a Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide chemistry (LNMC) system, judging from the 1000 cycles to 70%. I find it odd that Pecron on its website (nor on its Amazon site) does not specify either its solar controller (PWM v MPPT) nor its battery chemistry. Not all lithium ion chemistry is created equal. This makes it that much harder for the consumer to compare sogens side-by-side. An LiFePO4 will give you 3x the cycles than this Pectron will, with 10% less degradation. Since the AC200P and this unit are currently about the same price, take your pick: 3000 cycles to 80% capacity (AC200p), or 1000 cycles to 70% capacity (Pectron). Prospective buyers of this unit should take this into consideration when making a purchase.
This would have come in real handy for people who lost heat here in Texas to power electric blankets. I'm not too upset about the 300 watt per hour charge rate because if you do fast charges on lithium-ion batteries, you will accelerate battery wear.
300w max solar deal killer.
And 12 hour ac charge? Seriously with a 1000 cycle life? I would suspect that with a 4 hour recharge but not with a 12 hour.
300w of solar charging is a joke.
