That new chain head is fierce! Be careful. The customer was convinced after the job. He had no knowledge of your great team, great skills and good humour.
This is the first time you used a lot of different head for cleaning other than HP. You gain new free marketing. For sure the uncle will suggest to the neighbours about your excellent service 🌹
I'm guessing the father had a bad experience with a previous plumber who did a bad job and didn't even try to get all the grease out, so he just assumed these guys were going to poke a hole in it and leave it at that. Thankfully these guys are way more thorough than that and they take their work seriously, showing the customer what was wrong, that the problem is fixed, and how to prevent it from happening in the future.
I really hope someone said to the Dad who has to clean it every week. “STOP putting grease down the sink!” After the first cleaning, they should have realized it’s a bad move.
Well just wanted to say how much i appreciate your films. Not only for the thorough job you all do. I can tell the making of these videos takes many hours to produce. Kudos to the plumbers but major kudos to the editing team who upload these videos. Even though without the translation i have 0 clue what everyone is saying, i still enjoy every second of these videos gj!
Turn on subtitles and they will be in English; I was able to comprehend what was being discussed. And when the owner cussed in Korean, the translation had a bunch of punctuation characters.
that pipe looked particularly bad. really blocked up and full, like heart arteries about to close in and cause a heart attack. great job cleaning. takes a lot of patience to push through on these kinds of jobs :)
Hello I'm from Tennessee United States my name is Deyna wow you are really good at your job and you are so amazing with the people that you have to deal with day today I can't tell you just how satisfying it is to watch you to your job to the extent that you do you truly are amazing workers and you should be commended as such
I’m a plumber in the USA 🇺🇸 Your crew is like mine they do there jobs with excellence in mind. I enjoy watching your videos because I can see that you’re doing it right. I would like to see a video on your equipment and tools , I have the same type equipment just different manufacturers. Your’s is more compact. Thank you
That was nice, however, the problem is going to happened again, with the time, even when you clean the pipe 100%, and the reason is because the line have a belly, so no matter how good you guys clean it, The problem still there, very good job, most of the guys cleaning drains won’t give not even half of the effort you guys put into cleaning this drain, congratulations
How long have people been dumping fats and grease down the drain to get rid of it? Is the sewer they are dumping into also connected to the sanitary (toilets) sewer? Or it the drain sewer separate from the sanitary? Also, if folks are calling you to come back in a couple of weeks to clean the pipes, why do they keep dumping oil and grease in the drain?
In my area, there are two types of public sewer systems - I’ll call them commingled and split. In the split system, the exterior water that is collected in gutters will be fed by the downspouts onto the ground, and all of the interior drains will be fed into the public sanitary sewer system. In the commingled system, the downspouts also feed into the public sanitary sewer system (as well as all of the interior drains). So I am not aware of the type of public system you mentioned, where the sanitary system is basically toilets only; I guess the other water might be called “gray water”. In septic systems (not public sewer), this type of split system might make sense in my area (but I am not at all knowledgeable about septic systems).
What kind of tools do you use?! The camera and the coil looks incredible. I am a drain cleaner and we use General Rooter. Old school but we need something to see! You are incredible.
Hello from Sweden 🇸🇪 here. As always a great video. I have a small question though. The tool you used with the cordless drill? What is it called and where could I possibly find it to buy. Looks like a handy tool to have for when I might need one 😉.
That should be a "flex shaft", their exist Different versions of it some have the shaft in a box where the drill gets attached and others seem to be just the Shaft where you attache the drill directly. Searching for "Flex Shaft Plumbing" delivered some results for me. Greetings from Germany
you channel is one my favorites i subscribed already thanks for awesome show now i know why you dont dump grease from the pan down the drain and also learn that not everyone a great plumber judging by how they install pipes like micky mouse fun house pipes included it was one you videos with wired drain pipe that almost circle on self before draining the other channel i watch is drain addict has roots rocks toy ball sand and broken pipes all the time also like the drill with chains on it perfect for kill grease i forget the tec name for it

He must've been so frustrated by trying himself fix it.
I've cleaned many pipes during my professional career and have watched others too. Your company is extremely proficient!
That new chain head is fierce! Be careful.
The customer was convinced after the job. He had no knowledge of your great team, great skills and good humour.
You made a good customer out of her dad. Great work guys!
Would have been fun to hear Dads comments after the final camera view at the end.
I was thinking same thing!
Thank you, it is very interesting to see the cleaning in action with the camera. Good job everyone.
I love these guys. They do their job so well and are so humble. Very worth to watch!

Dad: Nah you can't clean the pipes. Imma just change it.
BDK: We don't do that here
You guys are real pros and it always motivates me to take pride in what I do. Thank you.

@Igor Schreiber paper? why not use a dishcloth or sponge?
From my experience, nobody ever puts grease down the drain! And yet there’s always grease in the pipes! Lol
@@dm7097 but I run warm water after the greese, doesn't that clear it all out? Lol
@@jeffbren2151 hahahaha YES!!!!! Hahahaha
You guys are true professionals!
Great thorough job again, no idea how you make a living with the number of staff and time spent on these but nice to see perfectionists at work.
They make their money on UA-cam and we get our ASMR
It's gotta be rough walking into a job and be yelled at and doubg even before you have the equipment out of your vehicle. Damn good job.
You know that dad is impressed when he stop complaining 😄

Excellent job.
Nicely done gentlemen, nicely done. To me, the father seemed like a "pistol" by not trusting the company when they started. 😆
Because he had plenty before them
hahaa I really like this dad's personality. He seems like a funny man.
Or a total pain in the ass.
¡¿Cómo demonios termine aquí y porque me parece tan entretenido ver estos videos?! xD
You guys should start a grease/oil collection company to repurpose/recycling cooking oil and grease.
I don't know why I'm here, but I regret nothing.
Keep up the great content
Love your passionate attitude
I’m not sure why I watched that but it’s great.

If you are not in Korea I don't care about what you have.
We are collecting old cooking oils, never pour it down toilets or kitchen sink, never had this problem in my old house
😂 omg that uncle is too funny. 😂

You can buy it from Ridgid
Picote is a company from Finland that builds a version of the flex shaft product. They have a wide variety of cutter heads to go on the cable too.

@roger Wakefield ... what do you think about this?
Hi. What's the brand and rype of the machine that you are using to remove the "stone" from the tube? Thanks 😁
My hunch is they will continue to pour grease down the line.
looks like the drain cleaner version of a fail mower
That thing they use like when we go for check up at the hospital
Everyone has a dad like that, or knows a dad like that! 😂
aloha what is that snake cable called hooked to drill?
why do people put oil down the drain? We always put oil in containers and bring to recycle...
I think there's room for more grease now. Says the dad.
Hello to everyone who got this recommended to them.
