We’re sailing in July on valiant lady.
What time should we book dinner in order to see a show and enjoy all the nightly activities??

Thank you! There'd usually be an option of two main show times around 8pm and 10pm (sometimes it varies by 30 minutes). I booked all of my dinners at 6pm to catch the 8pm shows. The only night I'd probably book a later dinner or just "wing it" is the first night, so you don't miss the sailaway party. It started around 6-6:30pm but they passed out the free champagne a little bit before then.
Definitely make your dinner reservations on the app as soon as they open up (45 days before sailing; 60 days if you're in a suite) to get the time you want.
