Guitar Chats - Traveler Guitar LTD EC-1

Today we are taking a look at my travel guitar… a full scale (24.5 inch) LTD EC-1. Ashley Offset (check out her growing channel). This was the 3rd time we recorded this video, and we were completely over the idea of re-recording it… so please overlook the audio issues near the middle and end… my dad's mic got messed up. 😂🤦‍♂️. Thanks! What strings do you usually use? I have 9s on almost all of my guitars these days. What strings are you going to try?

Ive been so confused on which travel guitar is the best lol. I bought the”travelcaster” for the single coil pickups, tone control knobs, and tremelo, but didnt realize just how uncomfortable itd be to play without the body/arm rest. Had to take a break from playing for a week because I strained the upper area of my strumming arm playing it. I think weighing the pros and cons of all of them, the LTD EC-1 is probably the best option.

I totally agree. I can’t really play the others comfortably.
