Damn… It would be a shame if UA-cam will lose one of, if not, the best, cinematic car related channels. The stories, the visualizations, the music. Literally everything is spot on and please don’t forget that you inspire tons of people. I think that’s one of the most beautiful things that you can do to a community. Please don’t stop with this!
This channel is amazing. The content, photography and editing is second to none. I really enjoy all of the adventures you have taken us on. Don't understand why this channel does not have massive views. Please persevere, I love this channel
Your channel is about art and love of cars & roads, forget the numbers, the views. Your videos make us feel something, and you should continue doing it. Be proud of yourself my man, you inspire us with these beautiful timeless films and journeys. You have a gift, keep it going strong!
I’m not a regular commenter, but wanted to chime in. This channel is above all standards in this genre and is my favorite by a long shot. It’s very disheartening to hear the end of this video and I’m at odds to understand how this isn’t over a million subs. If there is anything we as viewers can do ti help, more comments, tweets, etc. let us know. Also, have you considered Patreon? I would happily pay for the content and judging by the other commenters, others would as well.
Last summer my father and I sold my first car. It was a Peugeot 205 1.1 color line. I was afraid it wouldn't pass inspection, and that we'd have to invest more money in it than it would be worth the effort. It took me the whole of a few weeks to regret the decision to sell it. That car would have always been worth the effort. Watching all you 205 GTI videos here has sparked in me an almost uncontrollable need to buy a 205 for myself...this time with my own money. Thank you for sharing you hard work and passion...And for inspiring me to get back into a 205...which I haven't...Yet... But most certainly will.
I don't usually post comment, but I really have to say that, I got many car channel on UA-cam that I follow. But you are one of my favorite, through your video, I can really see something that I would do in my life. Building cars and travelling. I m still not travelling because I m building the car for it. But your videos are always inspiring me. I want to thank you for doing what you've done. As others say, cinematic, editing, filming and everything is just so much different from the other channel, there is that passionnate touch that makes all the difference. So thank you for the work you've done, you can be proud !
Honestly heartbroken to hear you say the words. I honestly don't understand the view of this season. I also consider your work to be absolutely masterpieces (as you say, it is clear that the episodes are really passion projects). I totally understand your decision, and we will see what the future brings. All the best David!
I have not come across a car content creator on YT, whose content would differ so much from all the rest. Not even just in YT landscape, but generally. Especially tempo-wise. These art pieces make me slow down, take a breath and let my mind wonder about for a bit. And yet, that comparatively slow tempo never brings along boredom, it's just right. Phenomenal directing. Truly, bar none. Planning to do a euro trip with my '88 Audi 100. Inspired by you.
Hey bud! Been here since the Land Rover and will be here till the end of time. Your story telling, cinematography and your work ethic is something I and others can appreciate. Keep doing you, we’ll be here for you too. Sending love and good energy!
Same. One additional thing: you added some more philosophical content - monologue voice overs - during the Portugal series, which was great. This has been a channel about *why*, more than what, for a while now. It’s been neat to watch the change as you’ve adapted, over the years, particularly with now having a young family.
I have watched every single video on your channel once I discovered it and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It‘s a shame you are not getting the recognition you deserve, your videos really stand out, be it filming, storytelling or the great cars. I hope you keep on sharing your future projects and trips!
This is literally one of the most visual pleasing youtube channels. I love your videos. I found the channel, when the first 924 videos aired, and had to immediately watch everything else. I totally understand your point. Do what you love. I'll be here, hoping for future projects. :)
You inspired a lot with your work, ideas and creativity in many different ways. Many thanks for your effort, we all took advantage of that. Wish you all the best !
Feels so nice to see the 205’s in good shape after this trip 🎉. About the last part of the video, it’s sad that this format apparently is not for everyone. Speaking for myself, I always instantly click your videos and if I’m near my pc, I even boot my pc and wear headphones to watch it. It’s always an audiovisual masterpiece and so refreshing to watch after so many half-decent clickbaity crap. I love that you take the time for these videos but respect the decision to move in a different direction. As a creator, I think you should do what feels best and we as an audience should respect that. You do you man. I will keep watching. Thank you! A fellow 205 roadtrip car owner. ❤
Thank you, I can't believe it's five years already. I used to have a 205 xld fase 2, my first car. Drives like a go-kar, i learned a lot. I used sunflower oil as fuel, a bit slower, a lot smellier and a bit more economical. To bad you lose the passion to make this. It is understandable. Thank you for the joy you brought us.
UA-cam recommending this channel to me few years back was one of few happy accidents that happened on this platform. When I see a notification of new video, I always get excited, because there are not so many youtube car channels focused on such a high level of cinematography. And maybe that is the issue, the algorithm doesnt promote quality content, which is really a shame. Anyway, the small community that you have is really passionate and grateful and they will follow your future steps no matter what, with me included. :)
I've been watching this channel for years and it's by far the most entertaining channel I'm subscribed to! But if you're not enjoying this and your passion is gone then I don't want to be selfish and ask you to continue. Because if you're not passionate about making these super high quality videos then they probably won't be as entertaining. Do what you think is right for you and take care. p.s. love the 205's!!!! and your fundraiser for the NSW RFS & Australian Red Cross was very heartwarming, cheers from Australia!!
Ever since I found the walk through video on the rallye Porsche, I’ve been in love with your videos. And to this day I still am planning on buying a classic cheap car and building it up, just like you.
It's a drying shame you're not getting the recognition for this series it is brilliant. I drove my 205 1.6 auto all the way to Morocco to drive in the dust race, these cars are bullet proof!
Only those that know the 205 truly understand why it is special. For everyone else of the modern world it is just small, flimsy, and french. They are clueless.
You need to release a photo book of this roadtrip, the photos are as good as the video. If you do make one, im definitely getting one! Please keep making videos, your cinematography and story telling is some of the best that I've watched. Thank you!
We've thought about that for a while now, along with prints. The library of stills is just too damn big to never use. You get to see about 1-3% of all the usable images.
Everyone else has said everything I wanted to say and more. So I’ll just say, Thank you for the hours of genuine entertainment and inspiration. I appreciate all the money, effort and time you put into everything you produce. I’ll be along for the ride for whatever comes next with your channel.
I have been watching your channel for 3 or 4 years now. Every video has been amazing, every new season has showcased your growth, and every time I watch your work I just want to get out there. I am constantly telling people about your videos, even when they aren't necessarily car people. I just know they will love the beauty and passion you put into the experience. Thank you for everything you have given us. Your channel is definitely a gem and I know I will continue to wait for whatever else you decide to give us. ❤
It’s been a pleasure watching this channel to date and the effort you put into getting things just right. Quality over quantity for sure. Thank you for the time and effort you have put into the channel, and dearly hope it’s not the end 🙏
You are the reason I almost installed a frontrunner roof rack on my V60... Almost, because roadtrips are not yet possible for me time-wise. But also.... your clips brought me peace and calm, which I really needed (and still do). You are bookmarked at the highest possible degree and I take the time when a new episode is online. And yes, that roofrack will come. And the roadtrip as well.
this series has become the highlight of my Wednesday every week since Bartek introduced me to your work guys, this roadtrip and all the garage content too were just amazing. totally understanding your point as the production value of these episodes is just through the roof, best of what youtube has to offer for sure. hope whatever you figure out for this channel would be fulfilling for you in the long run!
I'm from france, i own a 205 GTI 1.6, that's what lead me to your channel, i loved the restoration videos you did for the 205 as my interest goes to this car. Videos are different than other channel i have seen, i love them, quality standard is higher than most of other channels i can see, video shots, music, everything is great! I went with my friends to scotland in june, also to stac pollaidh, so the 205 + scotland road trip with the high quality of the videos (I love the retro effect), was a delight for me to watch. Thanks man, hope you keep going.
I've been following this channel for years now and it's still great for the same reasons that I first dove in. You showcase a reverent, artistic take on the love of old cars, the road and the journey itself. I'm a gear head too so the car projects and mechanical filming are fantastic but you've reached further than that with your filming style. If I had to guess, I'd say the views are low because the algorithm doesn't know quite where to put you. Even being a subscriber I sometimes have to seek out new episodes because they don't show up in my feed. I missed the entire last season as you were releasing them because it never showed up. When I found it after seeing your Instagram posts I was stoked to binge it later, but I had to find it myself. It's a car channel, but also a photography, filmography and adventure channel as well. It doesn't quite fit a niche, which is also why those that have discovered it keep coming back for more. The original adventures with you two and George were probably the most tailored for this space but the rest has been so rewarding to watch. That engine build was an absolute work of art and captured just how much we love every nut and bolt of these machines, but a good portion of your original audience probably couldn't relate as they were interested more in the travel stuff. I love it all because I love you're film and storytelling style, and the varied subject matter, but I think its not growing because its missing focus to attract genre subscribers from the almighty algorithm. Anyway, its all been a privilege to watch and I'm certain you'll work out how to do it and be fulfilled. You have too much talent not to. Cheers!
You are almost perfectly spot on. I spent the last weeks analyzing the journey thus far and one thing that comes up more than anything is lack of focus. I could be a mechanic, travel, photography, film or commentary channel. Needless to say jack of all trades master of none.
@@OnlyARoadtripAway don’t sell yourself short! All of it has been excellent. It is not easy managing so many different interests and I can’t imagine having to put it all on film while doing it. But maybe you could try splitting different projects into different series’ within the channel. A travel series, mechanical series, a photography series etc all in episodes with their own focus. Instead of a single season with it all crammed together (though crammed quite stylishly ::007 voice::). A lot of channels do it with separate ongoing playlists or when they’re managing multiple builds at once. Either way you’ll work it out and we’ll keep watching.
Wow, I'm not a part of long-term audience of this channel, I've found it because of my recent interest in Porsches 924/944, but I love every video I've watched. I was surprised to like this 205 GTI that you've got and I really appreciate your work. These videos are amazing and this channel deserves more. It makes me want to put more time into fixing my old Audi Coupe from 1981 and go have some road trips with my friends. We've had one recently and that Audi rear brakes let me down, but now its fixed and ready to go! Would I have that Audi without this channel? Yes. Would I plan that roadtrip without this channel? Probably no! Keep it up, your videos really motivate other people to do something cool
Yes, you have indeed been a big inspiration for me. I've been here since George and, while I lusted for other cars, you inspired me to keep my small car, do what I can do with it and just enjoy the process. Good luck and thanks for the ride. Goodbye 🫡
You have inspired me to buy an old car and do roadtrips with it, ultimately having the best holidays of my life, which I am grateful for on top of the content you have made. It is sad to see this channel has not been picking up, yet it makes one wonder how much organic growth of a rather niche topic is even possible on youtube without networks etc. After all, I am looking forward to what there is to come yet I am glad the pieces of art which the existing videos are, exist already out there to be rewatched when Fernweh hits or discovered by others with a passion for travel, youngtimers and filmography. No one can take that away from you.
The work you do is excellent and your approach is both kind and generous. It’s a real pity that we can’t get an audience for something that is head and shoulders above the other stuff on here. There’s an honesty to what you do, whatever comes next, don’t lose that.
I think the videos you put out are exactly what you said: small pieces of art. Such as other forms of art, it is not being appreciated by the masses because it takes an effort on the viewers' end, to put themselves in the situation and have emotions, and that, most people don't seek nowadays. However, as this video shows to me, having only done a one-take, this feels no less of an OARA video as any other. This still has that unique flavor that separates this channel from the rest, and I think doing "easier" content might cater to more people, while also lifting the burden off of you, having put weeks of editing into a video only for it to get a modest number of views. Do not give up on the cinematic content though! It's unique and it has a place on the platform, even if the views don't show, but give yourself the chance to enjoy them without looking at their numbers. As for the other comments saying you should get more regular cars, I do not agree. The 205s were plenty of fun, just as much as any other car on the channel. Leave the cookie-cutter youtuber cars for the cookie-cutter youtubers, I don't think it'd suit you.
David, your videos are definitely an art form. They are emotional, beautiful and bring true joy. You should stop thinking about giving up, you just need to slightly tune the content and capture a larger interest group. For example, selecting a car that has a broader appeal would have probably made all the difference. Like the British, the Germans rarely give up and nor should you!
Follow your own path even if that means that we can’t be passengers on your journey in the future. Your videos have made me dream about adventures, vintage cars and friends like you - so I thank you for that. Thank you for you time, effort and videos - but selfish as I am I still hope you will keep making content 😊
I don't usually comment, but you are a HUGE inspiration for me and I think for others too. Watching your videos gives me more and more confidence in filming, creating and exploring. I love your work and dedication and hope that we'll still get to see you soon
The 2023 Overcrest Film Festival brought me here and it's sad that you're at this point. As someone that makes UA-cam videos as a passion project, I get where you're at. Like you said, you've got 5 years of content that will stand the test of time. As someone that just found your channel, I've got a lot to watch. I hope that you'll be back once you've figured things out. Your work is beautiful. All the best.
No we thank you! One of the truly one of a kind unique channels left. Your efforts and passion for it don’t go unnoticed. Whatever the new direction is I’m here for it.
Thank you for your videos and the work you’ve put in to this passion project of a channel. It’s truly special and anyone who’s seen any of your videos comes away better from it. Cheers
Same here. Pls keep it up for us... fantastic to follow the narrative and not least fantastic to see the cinematography too! And then... the quality of your audience 😊 will easily beat any other quantities
Thank YOU.... Don't ever forget that you ARE good enough. I enjoy every piece you show. And yes, you have inspired me to start the process of getting an "inappropriate" car just for fun. The first vehicle I have ever bought that isn't primarily for transport, but for pleasure. It is always good to understand that we are not alone. I look forward to seeing what direction you take next... Thank you again.
Thank you so much for your videos! This is my favorite channel on youtube, and always will be no matter what direction you take it! Eternally grateful for the art you create.
Sad to hear these words, as I consider your work to be absolutely phenomenal (it really shows that it is fueled by passion). Other than that, I totally understand your decision and will wait to see what you have planned for the future of this project.
Your videos are definitely outstanding in the flood of videos on the net. They are very interesting in the topic but also very artistic and creative in how they are made! Please do continue to make them as long as you have fun in making them - I guess that is your secret as to why each one of them is absolutely top.
I don't like giving up, which is why I am unlikely to stop. Also I have too many projects on the shelf that I have to complete at some point to not continue documenting them.
Man, I own a white 1989 205 Junior 1.0 here in Portugal and thats one of my goal: to overland to somewhere far. This video was an insperation thank you. Love the mudflaps, fog lights and the roof rack btw! Thank you!
Bye ✌️
Take a break. Step back and come back when you're ready. The work you do on these videos is better than 99% of the crap out there anywhere else including the professional media. You editing and videography is top notch. Don't stop. I've thoroughly enjoyed each and every video. 15-20 minutes per dose of watching your work is better than entire week of a vast majority of anything else out there. Keep going...
Any day I feel hopeless, or anytime I feel detached from my dreams I come to your channel and watch an episode. I wish you have an inspiring person or UA-cam channel to give you the boost as well. Keep it up
Don't lose yourself trying to please others. Take you life and joy wherever it takes you and your loved ones. Sometimes you get to give people like me its beautiful by product. What you did will have a lasting impact to someone somewhere.... Find solace in that. tchuss.
Hi , i watch whole video. A few things to say. I looooove yours videos. Just keep going. You are doing it very good, actually you ARE NAILING IT. Patiente my frend, numbers will come up.
I enjoy your content but I understand your sentiments. It's been very enjoyable for me to watch and I wish you luck in whichever direction you go. Thanks!
I have only just found your videos. As a fellow gti owner living in the uk, I found it extremely interesting and really liked your style of presentation. Thank you.
Mate your engine rebuild off the 944 inspired me to do my entire mr2 Spyder 1zz FE build BY MY SELF. I love your films with all my heart. Whatever you decide to do I’ll be there to watch it!
Been following your channel from the beginning. The 924 trip high up north was epic. Like your last trip to Scotland. It inspired me to buy a Renault Clio Baccara 1992 a few weeks ago! Thanks for the great content on your channel. Inspiring and adventurous. Cinematic above all.
I’m not even interested in cars or doing a lot of roadtrips myself but I’m watching this channel since quite some time. You do many things the right way. Totally understandable that you have to adapt if some things don’t work out as they should. Looking forward to hear about your new ideas!
A car and a road are oftentimes just portrayed in the most literal sense. They can mean so much more. Like a camera, a pen, a watch. Emotion can transcend function.
I empathise entirely about high quality, high effort videos not getting views. (Your cinematography is vastly better than mine, my style is different, but I share your philosophy of trying to craft something that isn’t just disposable.) Like you, I’m trying to work out a new way forward. You’re not alone. Virtual hug - sorry, manly pat on the shoulder - from Wales.
Your videos are fantastically well made, and I know that views are low compared to the production value, but it must not deter you. You know how it is, it's just the matter of one person with influence pointing others to your direction, and then you'll have a million subscribers in a matter of weeks. Unfortunately, in this age of far too much content being produced daily, it is very difficult to get discovered, even when your work is at the extremely high level that yours truly is
The irony. This is the first of your excellent production that I have watched. Selected because I recall reading CAR articles on these vehicles when new & am a car nerd seeking art. I personally desire more as you prep us for less. In full support of your decision and in anticipation of your next work. Best Regards.
Hi man, greetings from Chile! I think there are 2 UA-cam channels that I follow religiously. Yours is one of them. Your content is so passionate, dedicated, artistic and at the same time with the perfect amount of technical content that I consider your videos almost like a therapy to look at. They fulfill the viewer like a piece of art. I really mean that. Whatever your decision is, be sure you'll always have your faithful niche audience supporting you. In case this is it for your videos, I can only say thank you for sharing your passion. 💪🏻 P.S.: I've always thought that if I lived nearby I would have certainly reached out to grab a beer 😂 🍺
Each of your episode will stand the test of time; they are artworks. Yes, they are worth the effort: for you and your passion for your cars and road trips, and family and friends. Re-energize over the next few months, and come back to your passion: we will be there. There are ways to enhance your visibility with colab; anyways, “see you next time” is, I hope, true. Not an adieu, but “see you later”. My best, from Canada.
Outstanding content as ever, OARA never fails to capture the incredible moments encountered on these sort of trips. Just finished The Wild Atlantic Way and always inspired by your work
The moment at 7:50 where the light decided to fix itself is just pure unfiltered 205 life😂 my 1.4xt just sometimes breaks and fixes itself when it feels like it, so this hits really close to home..
Great video as usual. I drove a 205 XS which I girlfriend's aunt bought new, absolutely great car. Inspired me to select a red GTI 1.6 as my first company car shortly after. G960 UNL where are you!
I've loved your videos and have been inspired by them to go on and document my own adventures as well. I'll be here for whichever direction you choose to go. Definitely don't let your passion fade, I'm sorry things have been so disheartening lately.
I rarely comment on videos but I thought i'd comment on this one because of the end. I've watched every one of these 205 videos in about 3 days and they are incredible. You have me ordering a Haynes manual for a 205 that I probably wont own for years to come😆but watching your videos has given me motivation to maybe look for something a little less complete so that it's slightly more obtainable and I can tinker in my garage at my own pace to hopefully have a GTI of my own one day 😉. I see you haven't uploaded for a little bit but hopefully you can find the motivation to stick at it! I'll definitely be checking out the other videos on your other cars 😄
Such shame that you feel the way you do. Your content is so unique and inspiring. The cinematography is incredible and like nothing I've ever seen on UA-cam. Hopefully you figure things out!
What are your impressions on the short-as-hell gti 1.6 gearbox? I find my 1.6 really uncomfortable at speeds 100kmh+ for any longer timeperiod, let alone a 6kkm trip.
It's a joy up to like 90 km/h, over that its just part of the experience I guess. Long distance at 4k rpm/ 120 km/h works for me, but it really isn't a long distance car. Very few people could relate to 1.8k km in two days in one of these today - without AC or cruise control.
Beautiful cars and very capable! You inspired me to kit my XS with some Hella’s and mudflaps. I wonder how did you install the mudflaps? Did you drill? Wondering if there’s anything I should keep in mind in order for the holes not to rust after a while. Thank you! Big fan of the channel since I discovered a few weeks ago.
By the way, what roof rack did you exactly fit onto the bars? How did you do it? I'd love to know how you get things that apparently don't exist when you ask the guys at Front Runner directly.
I am a Front Runner brand ambassador, so for this we worked out a parts selection to fit the 205. There is a separate video in the series about the racks on these cars, and they can make custom sets based on requirements. The Porsche 924 was the same and is now commercially available as a set. Mine was the first one made of parts we tried.
I just stumbled on this latest adventure of yours just today! Everything about your channel, the trip, the production. It’s just awesome in my opinion. Please keep sharing and I will keep watching and getting inspired for my own and my family adventures. As a gear head and auto/ HD tech I love the vehicles and the mods. Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference for a vehicle to shine! Cheers from Canada! By the way. Do you still have any trips planned with the ole Land Rover?
This channel is one my favourite ones! The quality of your videos are award winning worthy and I don't understand why they aren't blowing up in YT. I hope you find a way to keep making videos here with more return of investment. Maybe in this stage of the channel there can be alternative ways for us viewers to support you other than views and likes?
I have been following your channel for years now. No one does it like you do. I love your style and artform. Create because you love it and not for a goal. I will be here till the end of my time on this earth and if and when you post till that time. I will be here. Would you consider opening up donations or a patreon? I wouldnt mind supporting your content the little bit im able too. Till next time, do what you love, and be happy. Cheers~
Please persevere, I love this channel
the editing of one takes ,-)
I did have to do a couple cuts!
@@OnlyARoadtripAway ;-) But I agree, great editing (and roadtrips ;-)!
Don’t get too discouraged man. You make great content. You’ll just have to figure out what works for you. Thanks for the work you out in.
Your channel is about art and love of cars & roads, forget the numbers, the views. Your videos make us feel something, and you should continue doing it. Be proud of yourself my man, you inspire us with these beautiful timeless films and journeys. You have a gift, keep it going strong!
Well, let's see then!
I absolutely agree, thanks for this comment. 👍🏻
I miss my old 205 GT. perfect four door mini rally car!
Well, ignorance is bliss. Unless you actually need something to even remotely make sense. Then it becomes a challenge. Thank you!
Thank you. Just thank you!
Hey bud! Been here since the Land Rover and will be here till the end of time. Your story telling, cinematography and your work ethic is something I and others can appreciate. Keep doing you, we’ll be here for you too. Sending love and good energy!
Man that Range Rover... Want to bring it back for a while now.
But the Porsches were also awesome!
@@OnlyARoadtripAway do it!
I admire how deliberate your choices are in the car and personalisation.
There shall never be a decal "just because".
One day a car I built while make it down under!
the great aussie road trip!
I'm looking forward to every episode in the future, I wish I could help somehow.
This has been the best UA-cam series I've watched.
Keep your head up! Started watching for 924 content way back, but stayed as I really enjoy whenever you post.
I am not done trying!
Thank you - and it seems to be the common sentiment that people watch me for inspiration, sort of a proof of concept more than anything.
Yes, you have indeed been a big inspiration for me. I've been here since George and, while I lusted for other cars, you inspired me to keep my small car, do what I can do with it and just enjoy the process. Good luck and thanks for the ride. Goodbye 🫡
Been around since the beginning - this is the best quality stuff around and a channel I recommend to everyone I can!
I can't. I would rather put the camera down than be dishonest to myself.
Thank you, and I surely won't loose my integrity.
Danke!
I've been thinking about directions for a while now, and it proves to be reaaaaally hard. Giving up is not my style though.
Follow your own path even if that means that we can’t be passengers on your journey in the future. Your videos have made me dream about adventures, vintage cars and friends like you - so I thank you for that. Thank you for you time, effort and videos - but selfish as I am I still hope you will keep making content 😊
Thank you!
Cheers
Thank you for your passion thank you for your work
Same here. Pls keep it up for us... fantastic to follow the narrative and not least fantastic to see the cinematography too! And then... the quality of your audience 😊 will easily beat any other quantities
My audience is truly special, I know that. Thank you!!
I'm not really a car guy, but these cars looks so cool. Love the cinematography of the video too, very pleasing to watch
Thank you!
Sorry to hear this is the last episode of this journey, but thank you for sharing what you did.
Keep it up
I try to find myself a 205 after each episode haha! Definitely inspiring content!
Thank you 🙏
Don't lose yourself trying to please others. Take you life and joy wherever it takes you and your loved ones. Sometimes you get to give people like me its beautiful by product.
What you did will have a lasting impact to someone somewhere.... Find solace in that. tchuss.
You should be proud of what have done and the pleasure you gave us. Good luck with whatever you do next.
incredible series, we love you,, keep it up
Hi , i watch whole video. A few things to say.
I looooove yours videos.
Just keep going.
You are doing it very good, actually you ARE NAILING IT.
Patiente my frend, numbers will come up.
I strongly disagree, but will continue nonetheless.
I have loved all your videos especially the Porsche 944 set. All the best you do Greg work.
P.S.: I've always thought that if I lived nearby I would have certainly reached out to grab a beer 😂 🍺
If you knew Maze & I were in Chile for Porsche last November... ✌🏼
Said to hear. Really like your content. Hope to see more in the future. What about those roofracks? 😜
Great Chanel fantastic season and videos. Keep up the good work.
Yep, still my favourite channel.
And mine.
Just discovered this channel and im definetily going to follow along! Hope to see much more content!
Just finished The Wild Atlantic Way and always inspired by your work
Gotta agree with a majority of the other comments on here. Love the videos and your work. For sure you inspire me/us!
my favorite channel bar none
Ive been wanting to embark on a similar journey with my AE92. I want to make her Roadtrip worthy and explore NA. Thank you for sharing.
Your Peugeot 205 videos are great love your channel
The moment at 7:50 where the light decided to fix itself is just pure unfiltered 205 life😂 my 1.4xt just sometimes breaks and fixes itself when it feels like it, so this hits really close to home..
I love this channel and find it inspiring on many levels. Such great, high quality content.
All of your videos are amazing. I love them. Keep up the good work. I’ll be here waiting for the next video to pop up.
Great video as usual. I drove a 205 XS which I girlfriend's aunt bought new, absolutely great car. Inspired me to select a red GTI 1.6 as my first company car shortly after. G960 UNL where are you!
Probably rusted to the ground... 😂
I've loved your videos and have been inspired by them to go on and document my own adventures as well. I'll be here for whichever direction you choose to go. Definitely don't let your passion fade, I'm sorry things have been so disheartening lately.
Saw this ad and thought of you. Enjoy
Make sure to get the old one used! The newer one is sh‘t!
@@OnlyARoadtripAway I think I have an old one on the way, it was hardback and only £4!
@adamjenkins6564 - that‘s the right one!
I have one of these in a convertible in BR green 1.9 cti still in use today. Looking to move it on.
Hey David,
This channel is one my favourite ones! The quality of your videos are award winning worthy and I don't understand why they aren't blowing up in YT. I hope you find a way to keep making videos here with more return of investment. Maybe in this stage of the channel there can be alternative ways for us viewers to support you other than views and likes?
Thank you! Thinking about a lot of options right - will let you know!
Cheers~
