Were did you get fuel lines item number if you have one I need to replace on my 1997 dodge it’s leaking from the top did you use clamps to put fuel lines ?
I had a fuel pump go bad twice on my Tahoe, ended up dropping the tank about 7 times on it, once in the parking lot of a gas station, at the pump, after I had just topped it off lol
I have a 1995 Ram 2500 4x4 with 1/2 tank of old gas that has been sitting for over 5 years can I drain the tank without having to drop the tank. Thanks, Joe

Awesome how-to. Have had to do this on the xterra for a new pump.
What size socket did u use for the bolts on the tank cable?
I don’t remember I would have to get back under there and see. The truck is at my sons house.
I'm ready to drop[ the tank on my Ram. That post-work list of tools is handy also.
Good one !

Dang that really sucks. But on the other hand you became very proficient at changing a fuel pump on a Chevy.

You can unhook the fuel pressure hose and cycle the fuel pump with the key. I would take it loose from the fuel rail and put a drain hose on it.
