- During my third day in Mexico City, I met up with my friend Lalo from La Ruta de la Garnacha. We headed out on an epic heavenly breaded Mexican Street Food tour of the city!

To start our Mexican Street Food tour we headed out for breakfast on the street with some Torta de Tamal and Rice with Milk. It was extremely filling but delicious! Tamal with bread is so good!
Next we hit up El Churrito Market, where we ate some delicious Enchiladas at Jugueria Lupita. We had a Green Enchiladas and a Mole Enchiladas. The Mole won was probably one of my favorite dishes in Mexico ever!
We then walked over to La Condesa to eat some Torta de Chilaquiles at Esquina de Chilaquiles. I love Chilaquiles, and the sandwich was extremely yummy! Remember these are very filling because of the bread.
Now we needed a break from food so we went to Pulqueria La Pirata to try some Pulque. This is a Mexican drink made from the sap of the Algarve plant. It's really heavy but it's delicious!
To end the day we visited El Moro Churreria to eat some delicious Churros. This fried dough is covered in sugar, then we dip it into hot chocolate and eat! I ate this a lot in Spain but these were on par with those in Madrid.

Davidsbeenhere Goat n lamb you missed it brother when you were india you should have jumped into nepal.. in your life I promise I promise I mean Promise that you never had goat or lamb meat dishes that we make here and I would have personally invited you to my house to eat the best goat meat variety .. goat dumplings, goat fried in chilies n onions n garlic in butter with green peas, lamb Biryani, lamb kabab, lamb meat balls, lamb head n legs stew, lamb curry, lamb stuffed in cappuccino n tomato, lamb cutlet, lamb big sandwich, lamb fire dried preserved and cooked in spicy stew or fried with potatoes, lamb minced ground meat with eggs, authentic Nepalese goat curry which just melts in your mouth, goat blood curry, goat intestine lungs liver eyes tongues head cheeks penis balls yes yes cooked in blood and it’s delicious... in your life time if you really love goat meat you have to eat in Nepal.. Please the goat here are special they are sexless .. yes you heard that right!!

@12:51: It's a really handy way to eat chilaquiles if you put it on a sandwich, i agree. And even better that you can add even more toppings and/or sauces. ;) Also it makes it an instant big meal.
David is a really good sport. At least from my perspective. He enjoys every bite thrown at him. I understand that people gotta eat and if you throw a tanal into some more bread its more full filling most likely for a cheaper price speacially for the people having a hard economic time. Im full mexican born in guadalajara and I have never tried the tortas de tamal or chilaquiles. It just doesnt seem appetizing to me. I feel like its too much bread and corn. But thanks for sharing my man. Always enjoying your videos.

David, I like the way you are cause you aren't affraid to eat street mexican food. I think most of the people who come to Mexico from different countries the eat pizza, hot dogs and hamburguers. They don' t dare to discover new flavors. Be careful with your shape cause one of these days your belly is going to hang down. Now that you've been used to eat hot sauces in your meals. Do you think you need those to enjoy your meals ?

Its a shame that most street food vendors in Mexico City use shredded synthetic cheese as topping. It would be nice to be real fresh cheese. You can see that type of cheese on the enchilada part. Cheese for stuffing is real cheese. "Cheese" used as a topping is made of everything except real cheese. Is used also for topping esquite corn. That cheese is made of celulose and vegetable fat
