I really liked the idea of letting out negativity during a short time. Having a dedicated time to reflect on what is not going well is great to not spiral I think :)
yes!! in the tv show, shrinking, one of the therapists recommends listening to a song and letting your intense emotions out only during the song. i really liked that idea and need to incorporate it more 💖
i'm glad you found this video when you needed it 💖 there was such a big trend toward "always be positive," but i'm hoping it's starting to go out of fashion now. there is no light without dark, there is no happiness without sadness, there is no positive without negative - a balance is needed, though some days are definitely tougher than others. thanks for listening 💖
