Then out again
Thank you! It was copyright flagged :(
Love a photographer that knows what he/she is doing, tells me which side looks good, or if I need to show more hips or so....recommends some pose and at the same time, I'm having a blast.
Mellissa Archer thank you! Glad you love it
I love your videos! So glad I found you. Keep posting!
I’d love to have more sit down chat videos along with these awesome behind the scene videos!! For example, I just started my photography business and would love to know ways on how to market myself and find new clients! Instagram tips, camera setting tips, what camera gear you have, etc!
Claudia Goodwin Hi Claudia! So excited you’re finding these helpful. ❤️ I’m going to try posting more!
Wow I truly enjoyed learning how to pose clients. Thankyou!

Glad you liked it!
great video!!! good job
Thanks!
Very good! Looking for ideas found your video.
these look great
Thanks!
So relaxing
It really is!
I would LOVE to know your settings as you go! Loved the ones in front of the flowers!!!
@Briana Sealy the only thing about knowing her settings is it will always change depending upon the lighting situation. It's best to study and practice, practice, practice. This is a friendly suggestion...
That’s true! :) I just love to learn different techniques and see how different people like to shoot :)
@@brianasealy6257 an earlier post...she shot. 1.8 and auto focus on face
Definitely pose #9
Very instructive. Pls tell us how & why you choose your sites (what you are trying to achieve with a particular site.) Thanks.
My location?
Do you use manual focus or auto focus? Really enjoyed this video. Great work!! I aspire to be better at portraits, and this is super helpful.
from the back screen of her camera, we can see that she is using Sony's face/eye detect Auto Focus mode
Auto!
I never comment but these poses are beautiful
Thank you :)
Hi Carlee, thank you so much for posting this tutorial. I have a grad photo shoot tomorrow and I think this is going to be very helpful. I'm curious as to which f/stop most of your photos were shot using. I see that your lens goes as wide open as 1.8, but did you use that setting or something a bit narrower? I ask because I have a Canon 50 mm 1.4 and while practicing with my daughter today I noticed that many of the photos are much too soft when shot at 1.4. Thinking I may need to shoot at least at 2.8. Thanks for your feedback.
Ethan Roberts Hi Ethan, glad this helped. I always shoot at 1.8 with my Sony, but if the images are soft I would try 2.2.
@@carleesecor thank you so much for your prompt response. You rock! I was going to try different apertures for the same poses and see which ones I like best. 2.2 is definitely one I'll have in the mix.
These poses are great! I'm definitely going to use them for today's shoot. I'm just curious, do you have anyway to get your models to stop giggling? A lot of the people I shoot feel awkward so they giggle and laugh throughout. It's cute for some photos but I'd love to get more of the softer smiles. Any advice?
Stefie Harder if your confident in your posing they will be too!
enjoyed the tips
Thank you!
hi im starting to do photography I was wondering if you ever did a shoot for free to build up you portfolio? and any tips for me on how a can get started?
mickey08love yes of course! Lots
I like it👌
Thank you
What ISO did you use when you taking pictures?
Usually always 100!
ready for another video
Thanks :)
What are your presets?
Were you shooting on a University campus?
Martin Estrada on a college campus, yes!
AMAZING SHOTS! Do you sell your presets?!
Not currently!
Did anybody else’s sound cut out in the first 30 seconds or so?
It’s a copyright issue! I’m sorry
Make the switch to Sony 🙌🏽
Not a good choice.
Is this during golden hour
Quasheera Gamble yes
What happened to the audio? :/
Copyright flagged :(
A portrait does not require posing. The photographer is recording real life and the subject just acts naturally.
Would've enjoyed this more if the sound wasn't going in and out? Just me?
Had to remove copyright music, it ended up taking out my audio and I'm not sure how to revert it back.
Video angle of 11 was way better 😅
that's a lot of back pocket
For more than half of the video there is no sound. The photographs give the impression to be sure. The photos shown in are almost always out of focus.
I don't find the entire video professional
Thanks for the rude opinion! Hope it made you feel better!
Also the audio was copyright flagged
These are just your standard overplayed boring poses.
GreenRC24 good thing you don’t have to watch it!
@@carleesecor Oh yeah, thank you!
She is teaching us how to pose people. You sound like a know it all prick.
@@travis8665 Do you enjoy taking it deep from a cell mate Baby Girl?
