It's a big undertaking to switch. It took me a full month of almost no client work to move all my stuff from Kartra to Clixlo. The two platforms are very similar and I still like the Kartra interface a lot more. Pricing was the only thing that convinced me to move. Kartra does get more expensive as you grow and Clixlo and other Go High Level products like it don't.

They used to be Clixli, and they were white labeling Simvoly. Then they screwed Simvoly and didn't pay them. Then they switched to white labeling Go High Level.
Oh my goodness. I heard rumors they were the same as Clixli but I didn't know what had happened with Clixli. I just had a good conversation with an agent over chat who has reassured me she'll get billing to get in touch. We'll see... :-/
Yes, I was wondering about that when I was looking at platforms last year. Looked up reviews and they are very mixed, clixli vs clixlo. On the new iteration, it seems to be about 50-50, five stars versus one star. Trying to read between the lines, heard there was something a little bit shady that happened with the company. But most of the current reviews on Trust pilot seems like primarily operator errors if I’m being quite honest. The people lodging complaints seem like there the kind that love to complain about everything and don’t have a lot of technical or business knowledge to draw from, and think that somebody else needs to solve all their problems for them for free. The reviews and the replies to them are interesting, the company seems to be responding to most peoples issues quickly and effectively.
@adambree I think a comment got deleted but I saw you asked about saving and moving accounts. With Clixlo we don't have the access to do that. Agency accounts of GHL have a way to save and move funnels or accounts. I haven't asked but I'm hopeful that if something happens to Clixlo they or GHL will be willing to give those codes so we can migrate. It is a risk, though.

It's working fine and it does seem like the owners are comitted to it as far as I can tell. I finally reached someone with more authority about the affiliate comissions and they basically said I was never supposed to earn for the promo even though their system says I did and then ghosted me. Grrrr. Annoying but it does show that someone is behind the wheel at least. They recently created a Circle community forum so you can get access to the owners more easily that way if you have an issue.

My main concern with Clixlo is if there is lack of communication or support and also I'm wondering if the API generated links showing from clixlo instead of our own domain would sway leads to not click the link. You can absolutely set up your own domain hosted on Clixlo so you'll have regular links! Unless I'm misunderstanding your concern there. The GHL monthly is so expensive so that's why I took the risk with Clixlo and I've been using it since March without any issues other than them being jerks about the affilaite commisions. They recently started a community space in Circle so that's a way that you can communicate. (The guy there told me I shouldn't have earned the commissions on the deal that I did and then ghosted me again so... les sigh.) I also have a friend who has her own GHL white label called Idea Lab Growth Tools that she's offering for $47/mo. I recommend that one because it's the best monthly price for a full experience and if anything goes wrong I have access to grab the "snapshot" of your account so you can instantly move it to any other GHL, which I don't have access to for Clixlo.

I'm considering buying it. I just have to know is the company legit? Also, for the websites, can I host not only my own website but I can host my customer's websites? What is the quality of the websites? Are they responsive when visited? Or are able to render in Mobile. I'm watching the recorded demo's with not must in the way of answers and trying to get a sale rep to call me isn't happening, which are red flags for me so trying to get some input.
So the platform GO High Level allows people to purchase an admin account where they can then sell the subaccounts under their own branding. Clixlo has purchased that admin account and is selling sub accounts. I don't know how much I trust them directly but I trust GHL, which has been around a long time and does absolutely everything you could imagine. Yes, the websites are mobile responsive. If you wanted to host your customers websites you could do that but they wouldn't be able to log in and manage just their own site, they would see all the sites. If you want each of them to have their own backend you would have to buy the Go high level admin account.
Aside from your personal (and totally understandable) experience with them as a company... do you still feel that (for the price) the software is good for people to use?
Absolutely! It's a good software with a lot of good functions. The price point is standard for this kind of software. There are lots of GHL white label agencies, and I don't think there's anything wrong with going with this one. I'm just nervous about the communication issues!

Carolyn, Armando here Realtor using CF to get leads; is this legit? the price seems super low for what the competitors are charging, thank you for the video
I don't have any experience in that industry but it looks like some of their templates are geared that way. Clixlo doesn't exactly get you the leads but it helps you organize leads and keep in touch with them. You can set up a freebie for an email list, you can segment your emails so you send relevant information, you can have a pipeline of where each lead is in your process. I know they have a $27 lifetime deal sometimes and I wouldn't take that one because it doesn't include very many functions. The $497 for lifetime is a great deal. The monthly cost is around $97, which is on par with Kartra and several other softwares like this. Hope that helps!
There’s a checkout element that you can add to any page and customize a little bit. You really don’t have to do anything as a funnel. I build my funnels on the website side! But there’s a brand new store feature that I’m going to do a video on very soon!
No one should buy it EVER! They sold a bunch of lifetime-access accounts and have now shut off all email functionality (even SMTP for system-generated emails). They are charging a huge monthly fee in place of pay-as-you-go. Their customer service message to me stated that I can use the platform but will have no email services even for log-ins etc. unless I pay the monthly or annual fee. I suspect this is now happening to a lot of people. I am just going to delete everything because I had just started learning the platform and wasn't relying on it. But a lot of people are going to likely be trapped. I hope you do a video to get the word out!

Not really. I have an Author Website Template that I can add if requested and perhaps I'll work on developing more for it! That said, I actually find Clixlo's pile of templates kind of annoying. They get in the way as I'm trying to work and I have to sift through so much stuff to do what I want lol

I’m still using it and so far so good. There are many platforms like it (private labels of Go High Level) so it is robust and stable. My fear is that the lifetime deal they often offer is not sustainable for them so I get nervous about the long term and they aren’t the best communicators. But my hope is that if things go south the agency owners will help people migrate to another Go High Level. No easy answers I’m afraid but I have saved a lot of money by switching to Clixlo.

I am totally still using it! The only other cost for me was sendgrid for emails but I don't think you even need that anymore. You may have to pay something extra if you need an SMS service connected but I've never used that part.
I am starting to setup Clixlo now after purchasing it 7 months ago, my concern is long term support. Do you know what would happen if they run out of business.
Unfortunately I don't know. I have asked about getting the "snapshot" of the account to be able to save it if things go down but GHL themselves won't give that and the outsourced support team of Clixlo doesn't have access to. It's a risk I'm taking but I really don't know what would happen if Clixlo went out of business or disappeared.

That is no longer the case. It now has a built-in email integration called LeadConnector. When I first bought it, though, $20/mo was a whole lot better than $200/mo I was paying for Kartra
I bought the software and tested it, and it doesn't allow you to use other email apps and the LeadConnector app this is what it's showing "Custom Domain Feature Is Available For LC Email Customers Only"@@Financiallyfreeauthor. What is LC? If you purchased software, you shouldn't be forced to use an app that you have to pay for. You should have options to use other apps. Also, they upsell me other features that were supposed to be in the software. However, I purchased some odd on and didn't even receive them (contracts, proposal templates) and the company will not reply to emails. I have doubts about the credibility of this company; so, I contacted my bank because they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! Be AWARE people before buying this software.... there's no help after purchase!
If you've ever seen or used High Level's CRM, you can see that this is the exact same software. Clixlo is either using High Level's white label offering or is built on the same codebase/framework. It's extremely limited for data-driven businesses due to the lack of tooling available in the UI and API. I don't know how that translates to other companies using the same exact technology as High Level but it does leave a bit of a foul taste in the mouth.
Did I not say that in this video? I do try to be very clear that it is a GHL white label. It's a lot cheaper to buy it from someone else's agency! I haven't run into problems with the data but it may be that we are gathering different sorts of data. I get everything I'm looking for from Google Analytics. That said, I do still like Kartra a lot better but the Clixlo one time price captured me.

So true. They got me with it. I was so anxious about the promo ending that I jumped on it before I could fully think it all through. Then it lasted another three months and stopped and now it's back again. So there's no real urgency with it.
Never use Clixlo. The owner is crazy. The customer service is horrible. Mike, I need my two lifetime plans. I have emailed and emailed for months and you closed them and ruin one of my businesses. Why? No one has responded in support as to why it was closed. Yes I moved one business because of all the trouble and you kept my money for phone service. Watch out how you treat people because what you to do to others cones back to you!! Your customer service is horrible and you’re not a man of your word. Until you do right, watch your life start to crumble. I stand on that.

They are baked right in! So if you go to make a funnel you'll see a bunch of things listed already and those are the "templates."

I wish I had more insight for you on that. I don't know what they looked like before! So far I'm finding everything usable and well developed (though I must admit I miss how pretty the backend of Kartra is!) I'll do some more videos behind the scenes so hopefully you'll be able to get a sense of what is new or different from what you had before

I don't have any experience in that industry but it looks like some of their templates are geared that way. Clixlo doesn't exactly get you the leads but it helps you organize leads and keep in touch with them. You can set up a freebie for an email list, you can segment your emails so you send relevant information, you can have a pipeline of where each lead is in your process. I know they have a $27 lifetime deal sometimes and I wouldn't take that one because it doesn't include very many functions. The $497 for lifetime is a great deal. The monthly cost is around $97, which is on par with Kartra and several other softwares like this. Hope that helps!
What does the checkout pages look like? (For courses etc..) do you have to create a funnel page for it?
There’s a checkout element that you can add to any page and customize a little bit. You really don’t have to do anything as a funnel. I build my funnels on the website side! But there’s a brand new store feature that I’m going to do a video on very soon!

It absolutely is! That's one reason I trusted it. It's the most affordable GHL I've ever found.

No one should buy it EVER! They sold a bunch of lifetime-access accounts and have now shut off all email functionality (even SMTP for system-generated emails). They are charging a huge monthly fee in place of pay-as-you-go. Their customer service message to me stated that I can use the platform but will have no email services even for log-ins etc. unless I pay the monthly or annual fee. I suspect this is now happening to a lot of people. I am just going to delete everything because I had just started learning the platform and wasn't relying on it. But a lot of people are going to likely be trapped. I hope you do a video to get the word out!

Not really. I have an Author Website Template that I can add if requested and perhaps I'll work on developing more for it! That said, I actually find Clixlo's pile of templates kind of annoying. They get in the way as I'm trying to work and I have to sift through so much stuff to do what I want lol

Thank you! I'm so glad! I do use Zoom. I believe I put my personal zoom room into my business settings and as the location in meetings and then you can set it to send a Google calendar invite that has the Zoom room on it. I gave up on trying to create a unique meeting each time!

It's got all the functions you could want in an all-in-one, I think, but these days I'm suggesting a different private label of GHL because it's a better price at $47/mo That's Idea Lab Growth Tools.
I'm nervous about Clixlo right now because they stopped responding to any of my messages and emails about five months ago and I have yet to be able to get anyone to speak to me. That said, I'm still using them and they are functioning fine.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't believe so. I think you would need a GHL agency account (i.e., the owners of Clixlo) in order to add apps

Yes, it is Go High Level. They have the admin level and sell us sub accounts of it.

I’m still using it and so far so good. There are many platforms like it (private labels of Go High Level) so it is robust and stable. My fear is that the lifetime deal they often offer is not sustainable for them so I get nervous about the long term and they aren’t the best communicators. But my hope is that if things go south the agency owners will help people migrate to another Go High Level. No easy answers I’m afraid but I have saved a lot of money by switching to Clixlo.

I am totally still using it! The only other cost for me was sendgrid for emails but I don't think you even need that anymore. You may have to pay something extra if you need an SMS service connected but I've never used that part.
I am starting to setup Clixlo now after purchasing it 7 months ago, my concern is long term support. Do you know what would happen if they run out of business.
Unfortunately I don't know. I have asked about getting the "snapshot" of the account to be able to save it if things go down but GHL themselves won't give that and the outsourced support team of Clixlo doesn't have access to. It's a risk I'm taking but I really don't know what would happen if Clixlo went out of business or disappeared.

That is no longer the case. It now has a built-in email integration called LeadConnector. When I first bought it, though, $20/mo was a whole lot better than $200/mo I was paying for Kartra
I bought the software and tested it, and it doesn't allow you to use other email apps and the LeadConnector app this is what it's showing "Custom Domain Feature Is Available For LC Email Customers Only"@@Financiallyfreeauthor. What is LC? If you purchased software, you shouldn't be forced to use an app that you have to pay for. You should have options to use other apps. Also, they upsell me other features that were supposed to be in the software. However, I purchased some odd on and didn't even receive them (contracts, proposal templates) and the company will not reply to emails. I have doubts about the credibility of this company; so, I contacted my bank because they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! Be AWARE people before buying this software.... there's no help after purchase!
If you've ever seen or used High Level's CRM, you can see that this is the exact same software. Clixlo is either using High Level's white label offering or is built on the same codebase/framework. It's extremely limited for data-driven businesses due to the lack of tooling available in the UI and API. I don't know how that translates to other companies using the same exact technology as High Level but it does leave a bit of a foul taste in the mouth.
Did I not say that in this video? I do try to be very clear that it is a GHL white label. It's a lot cheaper to buy it from someone else's agency! I haven't run into problems with the data but it may be that we are gathering different sorts of data. I get everything I'm looking for from Google Analytics. That said, I do still like Kartra a lot better but the Clixlo one time price captured me.

So true. They got me with it. I was so anxious about the promo ending that I jumped on it before I could fully think it all through. Then it lasted another three months and stopped and now it's back again. So there's no real urgency with it.
Never use Clixlo. The owner is crazy. The customer service is horrible.

You certainly could. I'm not a fan of the templates, but I prefer to build everything custom. It's up to you of course if you want to take the risk, but I'm very concerned that they haven't responded to any message in five weeks.
