Actually these tiny cuts leave much less damage than squeezing. Squeezing causes bruising and can burst capillaries. It also hurts so much more than these tiny pin pricks. You have to remember how zoomed in these videos are.

Surgical knives are named by number and that number is the same size regardless. There is number 15 knife which is small rounded tip. There's a number 10 knife which is a larger rounded tip knife. There's a number 20 knife which is half again as large as the number 10 blade. And they all are constructed to fit on the same knife handles.
Why is it that they can only do one at a time?? I have seen when the tech hits several by a poke a few and then they go back and get them all out. Why can't they do more then one at a time?? That is my question??
I wonder why they don’t they just buy a magnifying 10x mirror and extract them themselves! Before doing it thought go to physician that can give the acutane to stop this from occurring! Otherwise extractions cause scarring!
