Good suggestion on where to fly in each maps, I always go in the middle like a _headless chicken._ ahahah
Never been flying with you u actually!😄 But yes haha..I see that quite often 🤷♂️ at mid altitude, flying straight over the map and having the gunner pointed onto the ground not giving him a single shot. Respawn in less than 1min guaranteed 🤪

Actually learned to fly using the arrow keys to replace the mouse, got used to it, i cant fly with the mouse now, only keys

This game deserve a remaster... The bes BF ever made.
The reason why the TV missile misses if you aim for the centre is because the hitbox is not located there once the heli has a speed. The box is always behind the actual helicopter model. It depends on ping as well. Higher ping delays the box even more. It's probably the one thing that takes the longest to learn as a gunner and even with a lot of experience, people still miss the actual hitbox.
The same goes for jets. Since the jet is flying at a very high speed, the box is way behind.
Hmu if you want to play heli someday. I usually go to S2.
it would be ahead if anything tho? The server knows where the jet is now and the client gets the delayed information (where the jet WAS) at the same point in time which means client sees the model that is behind the actual hitbox?

that's a great video man. now make one where the heli pilot uses keyboard ONLY to fly around. Finally some one I managed(successfully) to drill into his head that- when you get into a choppa- DONT flipping fly through the middle of any map and spot the shit outta the enemy. outstanding tutorial brother. loved it

I might have a supplement in case you didn’t say so. You should also fly at the edge of the map because the enemies spot you and then you are quickly attacked by all the helicopters and jets. For practice I always recommend to go to an empty server, but single player might be ok. I’ve never played before.

missed the most important tip for gunning, aim for where your target was a moment ago instead of exactly where it is unless it is barely moving

@@reviveprojectno he's right, the hitbox is lagging behind what you can see, so you shoot where it was a moment ago
@@reviveproject hitboxes in bf2 lag behind the model on fast moving objects so you aim behind the target, not at or in front of it
Ok guys, got it 😎✌ I first misunderstood what you were talking about. I meant that while you guide the TV missile the path is calculated towards the future position of the moving target so that when your shot arrives it corresponds with the path the enemy is taking on. I didn't realize you were talking about that final hit moment right before the kill. Sorry for the confusion

Only thing I do not like while I practice in single player mode is that the enemy heli will never engage you, even when you are shooting at him constantly, so there is no "real" feel like in on line match and cannot use those rolling and other manouvers. Put that aside, one can learn a lot in single player while flying heli or a jet especialy how to aim TV 😊
Yes totally agree! Bots fly like total noobs but for TV practicing it works. As a next step try Lost- Soldiers Dragon Valley multiplayer server when there are like 10 players online. A good way to start getting used to multipayer :) or even go for a 1v1 in the unranked netsky servers (Dalian Plant) when noone is using them matches.

when i switch to the second seat (missile gunner), i can not control the helicopter, it turns, it's not like your case, what to do.. how do u fix ur helicopter in 5:57?
yeah it aways turns. its something you have to work with. Usually before I take a shot I am a bit off centred from the target so by the time you seat switch its perfectly aligned. It turns from left to right always. Another thing is that before you shoot you can put the nose up so the heli falls backwards while youre guiding the TV missile and you win distance to your enemy

Well... I go to single player to watch what I can ... 40 kills ahahahahah))) I played several times on single, and it always staying on 40 xD
yeah the faster you capture flags the less kills :) make a 15min round and 80 should be possible :P maybe I have to upload a vid so ppl believe me XD

Hey! To talk (push to talk) you have to press the letter "B" and hold it for the time you talk. It only works if you are part of a squad. You can also talk to the commander with pressing "V" while you are squadleader.
