Definitely an acquired taste. Try seeing a live show, the crowd connection and shared love is really the magic of it all. I remember my first show, the crowd was just chillin, same as any other concert, waiting on phish to go onstage; then the second those first notes started playing, it was like everyone collectively at the same time switched to party mode and the air was filled with thousands of glow sticks, bouncy balls, confetti streamers, etc and people dancing harder than I’ve ever seen at any concert in my life, it kinda scared me at first how abrupt it all was😂. I’ve seen a shit load of different bands live, and NONE of them have the magic that a phish show does. Hope this helps lol⭕️⭕️❤️❤️

I don’t like Phish, but skipping through their discography on spotify I did find some interesting songs. He Ent to the Bog, Fish Bass, Insects, You Enjoy Myself, Ingest, NO2, and the Divided Sky are the ones I actually really liked.
