here’s a basic advice i learn from therapy and time; sometimes it’s okay to be off, to lay on the sofa and binge watch tv eating chocolate, you don’t have to be so hard on yourself. Those days might be necessary for your head to rest so it’s very important not to blame yourself, move on and tomorrow will be another day 💓

Totally agree. I retired a year ago and I do exactly that. 90 percent of my wardrobe now consists of sleepwear and loungewear, which are basically all different types of pjs! Love it!

With regards keeping house tidy..... the best advice I was ever given was keep on top on top of it. Use it wash/clean it put it back. Don't put it off!

Thanks for your transparency and honesty, we as humans go through so much and mood swings are completely normal, mostly during winter transition. I’ve been off the gym since a few months ago, I feel out of shape and tired but with a snowy/dark/cold weather in Dublin I am literally powerless. Ok, slowly I will get back on track, I am also ready for Veganuary ❤ maybe this is the right time to stay vegan. PS: my partner has been a rebel child too these days 😅 I assume this is their way to be moody

As a content creator, you can maybe meet other content creators like you and motivate each other to get out of your ruts.
