Yes most segments of the fight did seem off, but remember, Bruce is peak physical strength, and Tony certainly has had hard times fighting him in his own armor. The last bit was very realistic because it shows that Batman uses his equipment efficiently to take down a fully armored opponent. Break through their armor, and strike at the opening. I thought Ironman should have had this b/c of his advanced tech, but can also admit this is a very "Batman" victory, for lack of a better term.
