Excellent new project, this Tamiya bodywork is great, that's what I like about these Mst chassis, being able to adjust them to three lengths for different bodywork is really great, the advantage is that at Tamiya there is a large choice . Great video .
I have used a CC01 from Tamiya and a Team Associated cr12 for this conversion.... lol, great little rigs when done... Yours should be a fantastic little rig when done
@@BullgearRCvideos I've swapped the body from the CR12 to the Tamiya Blackfoot body and well... The CC01 chassis couldn't handle me, so the bug body is on hold for now.... looking into a new chassis for it, so I'm gonna be paying very close attention to this project!
The Tamiya wheelbase is figured for smaller tires, so you could've just went with 252mm and been fine. Cool project, can't wait to see you finish the body!
Yeah, I think 252mm would have worked out fine myself. Did some other work on the suspension that I will go over next video. This is a side project, so I will be doing it between finishing up some others. But hope to have it wrapped up soon🤙
