Using a food processor to make peanut butter is totally fine, but it's better to take breaks to let the food processor cool down a bit, takes a but longer but keeps the food processor from breaking.
Quality over quantity is appropriate here. A natural homemade peanut butter is more healthy for you rather than store bought, cheap peanut butter with preservatives and etc. But, hey whats the chances of you reading the this comment anyway. 🤷🏾♂️

Thank you for the video showing us how to make peanut butter though I note you bought peanut is a container often these are stored over a long period of time the nuts became stale and have oily odour. I would buy raw peanuts and at home roast the peanuts then put them in the grinder - the flavour is amazing more nutty and more flavourful, cheers

Add some sea salt and it's good to go! I might try this because I think Smucker's organic PB be adding extra oil. Edit: The reason I'm saying I think they're adding oil is because when I used to buy it 3 years ago, there was a much smaller amount of oil that would collect at the top. The texture has changed and it feels oilier. I'm not the only one in our household that noticed.

You actually are supposed to soak and sprout all of your nits and grains for proper absorption! There are enzymes in the nuts that cause gas and preven proper protien and nutrition utilization. I just found this out too, so make sure you always soak nuts. Becausr if you dont your missing oit on a lot. Buts have a defensive mechanism and to tone it down you must sprout/germinate them!!

It's better is the peanut is toasted, bcs it's properties, and for a longer useful, you can add a pinch of salt
I add salt, honey, and cinnamon to mine to make it more flavorful but yeah this pretty much works.

You can add some oil (like 1 tbsp per 250 grams of peanuts) before grinding them. Commercial peanut butter usually have oil added.
