The videos I came across are ones that show gold kits for purchase .... some which are beautiful but can’t afford to buy any kit at the moment . What brush did you use to draw the snowflake. I have crated a few stamps. But the resolution on them after I create them isn’t very crisp. Is it your brush you used or is it the size of the canvas before making the image? Thanks for the great tutorial!

Great tutorial, but I'm experiencing difficulty in creating a stamp brush for a planner check box with a transparent area. I obtained some of these stamps from another source but when I try to duplicate the brush so that I don't have to do all the settings, all I get is a large white box in preview. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? Thanks
wohoo, I'm glad it helped you! I did the lines with the drawing guide under the canvas option. I explain this at around 1:15 :) you have to make sure that assisted drawing is turned on, otherwise you only have the guidelines but not the symmetry. I hope this answered your question! Hi thanks for the video it’s very informative but I have some issues in the process . When I paste the layer on shape it turns full white or black and my drawing is not visible as stamp. can you please guide me

Happened to me once, that I copied a n empty layer haha 😅 Otherwise you could try the method to save your image and upload it, instead of copy/ pasting it. Maybe it works that way?
I need help! I’ve been trying for ages now before I watched this video and mine doesn’t work. I followed all the steps but when I go to import the shape it doesn’t work it just gets out of the import part 😭
hi! does it just get out of the import part by itself? If you can import the shape, make sure to hit "done" in the upper right corner, before going back to any other menue, as it doesnt save the shape otherwise! Or is it a different problem?

when you are in the brush menu and select a brush, you see a little image of the brush! It can either be the stroke, the brush makes or the stamp preview. But the stamp preview is usually only useful for actual stamps, cause then you see immediatley how the brush looks vs. if you use e.g a sketch brush, it's more useful to see the actual stroke. I hope this makes sense! :)
In the Brush Studi, go to the last panel called "About this brush" and there you should be able to name/ rename the brush! There is a small window where you can also add a picture of the creator of the brush and the name of the creator and right above that is a small area where the name of the brush is. Just click that area to rename it. Hope that helps!
That's great but the problem is that snowfkake crystal has six lines of f. These is a way of doing it, but you have to use a isometric layer to make a six line grid. Then use that as a tracing layer, remove the grid and set it up as a reflective symmetry. That works. As a maths and science teacher, I suppose I am a traditionalist that it is impossible for a a crystal to have an 8 line grid. Sorry.
mh not sure, but can you check your settings? in the brush studio under "properties", the second option "orient to screen" is this on or off? If it's on, that could be the reason
I figured out my question thanks...... But my snowflakes turned out very small white dots. I messed up somewhere. Please help I did it over and over and over sigh

I liked your tutorial very much. However, I find the background music very distracting, so it is very difficult for me to hear everything you say, especially as I have a hearing problem. Unfortunately I have discovered that all the tutorials I’ve watched play background music. I wish there was a way it could be turned off.
