Hi Jitendra, as of now I dont know of any book having specific values because allowances are really context - senstivie depending on the tool and dies used by a manufacturer . There might be general ranges though .
K foctor is constant which varies from material to material, ideally it is between 0 to 1 but in practice it varies from 0.25 to 0.60, for soft materials like rubber it is 0.35 and for harder material like steel it is 0.5
