    Now I will use math to calculate but I will still attempt to bend it by hand so it won't be perfect but it will still be awesome to me. Nice presentation and useful formula

      Hi Jitendra, as of now I dont know of any book having specific values because allowances are really context - senstivie depending on the tool and dies used by a manufacturer . There might be general ranges though .

      K foctor is constant which varies from material to material, ideally it is between 0 to 1 but in practice it varies from 0.25 to 0.60, for soft materials like rubber it is 0.35 and for harder material like steel it is 0.5
