FIRST TIME IN PARIS WITH MY MOTHER (where should we go first?!)

- It's my mother's first time in PARIS! Where should we go first?! There's so much to see and do in this beautiful city! We start our day off walking the Av. des Champs-Élysées down towards the Louvre Museum. On our way we pass one of the obelisks from the Luxor Temple we were just at in EGYPT! Pretty amazing one ended up here in Paris. Of course our first stop revolved around food. We went to the now famous bakery of Cedric Groulet and had one of his massive, chocolate cookies! It did not disappoint. Afterwards we finally make it to the Louvre, where my mom has been dying to go. We walk the beautiful buildings and take in all the precious artwork and sculptures until our feet just can't take it anymore. Some favorites were the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, French Crown Jewels, and the Egyptian Antiquities! Thankfully we have a couple more days here in this magical city to really take it in!

I don't think that any one person can exude as much joy as Mana Jo!!! Her zest for life, her contagious laugh and her humility are just beyond!!!
Best decision EVER to add Mana to this part of your adventure!!! She will have a blast with her favorite daughter and son-in-law!!!

I’ve never commented before but I have been watching your videos for several months now. Your first trip to Iceland was what caught my interest. I have really enjoyed your world tour so far and I thank you for these videos showing me and others like me who will never get the chance to see the world and it’s pretty much like we are right there with you. I must say Daniel exactly read my mind when he was talking about the building being more interesting than the artwork. I’m not much into artwork but unique buildings are fascinating to me. Chellle, your mom is delightful and you are exactly like her. I can tell you three are having the time of your life and I am so glad you have this opportunity to travel while you are still young and able. That was my dream when I was young to travel the world but at about 40 years old I developed diabetes and it wreaks havoc on your entire body and destroys it little by little. At this point in my life, I could travel now but my body just won’t let me. I tell everyone I know, if it’s your dream to travel do it while you are young and have a healthy body. Please don’t wait until you retire because you don’t know what kind of shape your body will be in by that time. Do it now! Happy belated birthday Daniel!
