Clients love contractors that take pride in their work Sine restarting I got an old client back they gave their current contractor the flick and got me back because I always took the time to make their yard look amazing It’s the little thing that you mention in this video like edging, blowing and leaving it tidy that matter
Hey Geoff Great vid mate . I used to be a Butcher and one of my old bosses always had a great saying. Work like you're being hunted ! Leave no trace or mess. The same rings true with lawn care.
Hi Geoff, What are your thoughts on being asked to trim plants that are overgrown and you find that their is a light and power cord hidden amongst the foliage. You then cut the power cord because you couldn't see it in amongst the foliage. Has this ever happened to you? It happened to me today. The client was very gracious and said that she didn't expect me to cover the cost as the garden was overgrown and the cord was not visible. What would you do?
not a lot you can do as long as when you looked at the job at least make an attempt to get into the bush and check around , so you cannot be blamed if you took duty of care . I always ask the customer anything in there that i should know about which helps to cover your self Your client sounds great and understanding which no fault put on you . I think with any job check first ask your self what can go wrong .. maybe a video on this subject hey . Thanks for you great question
