    Install, falls off bike, alarm sounds and I get surrounded by swat…😂😂😂😂JK, I’ve got this on my bike… works great

      Does anyone know what to do if the som card expires? The batteries died in mine during winter and I just got new batteries... Now it won't seem to let me reconnect...

    What do I do to prevent it from registering my bike as stolen if I put the key fob in my jacket pocket, & then walk too far away?

      Hey Gooseneckbottle! The device will not register as stolen if you move away with your keyfob and nobody moves your bike. The alarm only triggers when someone moves your bike while you are not around with the keyfob.
      So if you just move away from your bike with your keyfob in your jacket then the alarm will not automatically trigger when the keyfob is out of range.

    Hi guys, my key fob doesn't register. It had no paper tab and was already clicked together. Could the battery be dead?

      I've followed the instructions to the letter and it still doesn't get past the red lights flashing, I've also bought new batteries

      Hey all our devices come included with 2 months of free Sim time, afterwards it's necessary to pay for a year long Sim subscription - it's a different price depending on which region you will be using/paying for the device.
      EU - 39 EUR
      UK - 36 GBP
      USA - 49 USD
      (these prices are for 12 months, it's not possible to pay monthly, only yearly)

    Can i use more that one Monimoto device on the same mobile phone number? as i have more than one motorbike,

      hey James, yes you can definitely do that - actually you can have an unlimited number of monimoto devices connected to a single monimoto account with one mobile phone number.

    My bike got stolen on Monday 19 Sep and tracker was giving me a mile radius in busy city streets 🥺 I found it by chance was showing a total different location about 5 streets away. Lucky I didn't smash the address patio doors down, what the tracker was showing me, so not impressed, 1 mile radius is like a needle in a hay stack

    Not interested in a unit that isn't a "stand alone" device where I also need to purchase an annual subscription. Plus from their web site "Once the motion stops, you'll get a notification with its last-known location about 30 minutes later.". I would want a second by second update, not one about 30 minutes later.

      hey many gps trackers like ours have subscriptions for use of the service, it's a standard practice - regarding the motion tracking that's only after a device has stopped moving that it sends a final location of it's resting place, when an alarm has started and during motion detection the device is sending locations more frequently, with the fastest being a location every 2-3 minutes.

      @@monimoto All it needs is a GPS to send the GPS coordinates to my phone as a text using my mobile provider. I already pay for that service.

      Hey you can add a second Monimoto by going to App - Home Tab - top left icon with 3 dots and lines - Add Monimoto, it will list all your devices there and you can switch between them once you've added the 2nd Monimoto

      I just added a 2nd tracker to same App- zero problems. Jogs through the same setup as the video once you select "add Monimoto' option. Even did the firmware update. After a couple of mins the option to 'Top Up the Sim' appeared, used ApplePay as it was already on my phone.

    complete scam, bought the monimoto 7, nothing said it wouldn't work in my area, it now an expensive paper weight, not worth the money!
