It's important to setup and familiarise with these types of snow chains whichever brand you buy, keep in mind that front-fixing chains were created for vehicles that cannot accommodate a traditional snow chain. So if you have limited clearance that requires this type of chain then the alternative is to get smaller wheels or a different vehicle.
Many people aren't impressed with the fact you have to set them up, but that's fundamental to fitting multiple tyre sizes - and that in turn is essential to them being economically viable as a product for the mass market.
Remember that the problem these products address is caused by the car manufacturer, or whomever chose to put those wheels on it!
