This looks nice. But i would love to move the roofdeck to the other side of the house, put a doorway in the master bedroom so it can have a direct access to it, put a sliding door on the side of the kitchen / dining area that is connected to a lanai, and. for security purposes, enclosed the lana,i staircase and laundry area with gated steel bars that can be locked at night. I am thinking that at night, we can still go to the roofdeck or stay at the lanai to get some fresh air, or even do the laundry without fear of having a stranger giving us a heart attack hahaha. I'm not an architect so I don't know if it is possible.

I like your designs. Utility roof, it is not common in my country, Poland, but the roof is the coolest. I'd put a shower on the roof. New Zealand is different a fairy tale

就針對這設計來說 , 由於顧及下雨 , 大風暴問題 , 會破壞洗衣機耗損 , 與樓梯之間的牆改一改 !
這樣樓梯可以用來涼衫 ! 既然做得書房 , 應該做高架床 , 因為睡覺講求私隱性 , 下面自然放書台 !

It's all nice except for laundry facilities missing and only 1 doorway exit in the house (fire safety hazard). This would be a nice enough weekend-long guest house, but the building is far too cramped for me (or my American sensibilities) to do this as a lifestyle; I need personal space beyond 6-8 square feet on the bedroom floor.

好似工作性質來說 , 好多人喜歡攪 1 人公司 , 即系工作室 , 都會選擇屋企攪 ,
問題來了 , 那裡可以整個辦公室呢 ?
屋企用途有很多 , 好似診所來說 , 好多醫生都會選擇系自己屋到攪 .......
