    Hello Andy! The cake looks amazing but I have a question. What can I use as a substitute for Pisco because I can’t use alcohol. I know it may sound weird and may ruin the spirit of the dish but I really would like to make it!

      Hi Saif! Omit the Pisco, just use sugar and water for the syrup. It will still taste amazing. I’ve made it heaps of times without the Pisco for my nephews.

      Hola Giovanna! Yo use dos latas de leche condensada para esta receta. En el mismo video pongo un link donde te lleva a otro video para el paso a paso. Tambien te sale en la descripcion del video. Lo que recomiendo hacer es darle una buena movida con una cuchara para que se vuelva mas suave.

    Hi Andy-I looove your videos! What alcohol can I use as a substitute for Pisco? It’s quite expensive to buy & I wouldn’t use it much apart from this dessert. Thank you!

      Hola! I'm so happy you're enjoying my videos. Thank you :) You can replace the Pisco with Grand Marnier, Cognac, White Brandy, White Tequila or White Rum. You can even omit the Pisco completely and just use sugar, water and cinnamon. Hope this helps!

    Encanelado is delicious! Me gusta con ajó. Add 1 crushed garlic clove. It will bring out the flavor better!

      Hi!! Not cooking with a timer is the best! When cooking, I love taking my time, listening to music...it really relaxes me. MKR was a real challenge for me as I had to move FAST! The clock stopped and that was it. For real! Give your mum a big hug. I’m glad you’re enjoying my recipes!
