In CA the home ins companies are abandoning previously insured areas leaving homeowners high and dry. Sometimes it's a matter of circumstance.

@@flipflop8989 theres are lots of spots/businesses that insurance companies won't insure, sometimes the structure didn't pass code, or for whatever reason, but due to the risk involved they aren't covered. The owners just take their risk.
