Hobbled by shoulder injuries including a very difficult to recover from, ligament tear, he is nevertheless one of the most technical and talented fighters in the sport. He often waits too long in fights to move in for the kill, and is patient by design, but still a very dangerous fighter despite what the garage-trained critics and internet warriors may say.
One could say that Loma as a technician enjoys the sweet science too much and wants the fight to continue forever. I wonder if he plays chess or poker, because it seems like these games of skill might be right up his alley
It couldn't said more accurate )
Yes the hate he gets is ridiculous, but he’s also got many loyal fans which he deserves.
Loma‘s Ring IQ is good but I feel like it’s a worse version of Crawford’s and Mayweather‘s, considering Loma took literally 6 whole rounds to figure out how to handle Teo and even Haney, I scored both of them winning thhe first 6-7 rounds, with Loma well winning round 3 against Haney.
One thing I really hate about Loma is his arrogance, against Teo and Haney, he always gave up round 12, or well slowed his pace there since he always thinks he’s already won comfortably. Even if you’re winning, NEVER do that, his friend Usyk never did this and against AJ in the second fight poured everything he had left in R12 to make sure he wouldn’t get robbed.
@@kiboma4209 agreed but Mayweather and Crawford have different styles and have longer reach than most of there opponents.
The REAL UNDISPUTED who they sadly robbed!
The linares fight is my favorite fight to watch. It’s so high level from both guys.
His technical accuracy and ability to hit you from virtually any angle is incredible
Loma is one of the best technical boxers there's ever been one of my all time favourites
If he is the greatest fighter of all time is debatable. If he has the greatest footwork and balance in the history of the sport is not debatable. I love to watch Loma.
Wouldnt say greatest but he’s my favorite to watch for sure, well only behind Salvador Sanchez and Roy Jones Jr
@@kiboma4209 I think they were and before them others like Willie Pepp but boxing evolves and people learn from those in the past. Loma has said many times that RJJ was one of the people that influenced and inspired his style. Loma has changed the sport. His style and techniques are being taught in boxing academies around the world. Bam Rodriguez says he learned his craft from watching Loma.
Footwork for a front runner yes...most well rounded footwork? Not at all...
@@bornmenulol he has easily the best footwork, he can go in and out with ease, from side to side with ease too
@@ordibacardi how are you going to say he has the best footwork when he cant even fight going backwards, be serious if he had the best footwork he would of had no problem fighting backwards against teo but he couldn't...
Loma would still be undefeated if he wasnt giving up every physical advantage in every fight at 135. Hes a natural 130. I love watching him beatup bigger dudes though
I mean I love Loma but it was his choice, let’s also not make any excuses. Pacquiao and Loma‘s countryman Usyk both have fought in fights where the size and weight difference were much more noticeable.
I would Say his natura is 126. He would have started at 116 if there wouldnt be his long amateurs career
@@kiboma4209 it's not an excuse...it's the truth... Loma could've went the GGG route and just conquered 126 for years on end...and eventually pop up at 130.
The way Loma popped straight back up after this knockdown was incredibly impressive to me against a much bigger man who had a good KO record.
chenko got the best footwork in boxing🔥
Usyk too
Today i rewatched his fight against Rigo.....outboxing a master skilled boxer as Rigo in the way Loma did,it was something no other boxers has ever made to a master boxer Indeed.
P.S: my english lol
Your English is fine as your opinion brother 👊
Ok... Rigo was far naturally smaller than Loma at that stage and also in his mid 30s. Loma is a master, but the Rigo fight isnt the demonstration of that.
There's always someone who has to contradict you. LoL
@@TheIkaraCult nah nah,i rememember very well that time and how many people was behind Rigo believing in his skills.....the smaller excuse was because Loma as the gentleman he is talked about the size but Rigo did not got ko as a smaller man, Rigo was outclassed and quit.
That was a demosteation of better skills, ring IQ,etc....
Was Pacquiao 40y old when he beat a bigger and much younger Thurman ?
Theres never been a smaller man in existance who can beat lomachenko in a boxing match. 126 pounds/130 pounds hes the greatest of all time.
One of a kind.
Loma will just play around with George.. I see Loma winning a unanimous decision, if George wants to decides to brawl he will be outclassed with counters, angles and lateral movements of Loma ..
Loma is always the smaller guy in the ring, yet he still dominates his opponents. He is a natural flyweight going against super lightweight and welterweight fighters.
The way he gets out of the clinch is a beauty to me
Loma is the most technical fighter of all time. He just didn't get the chance to show it all and got robbed too many times.
He's never been robbed. He lost to Teo and him vs Haney was a close fight, not a robbery.
Was impressive to see how everyone was amazed and started criticizing Lomachenko when he was knocked down during the fight against Linares. His fall has raised doubts about his abilities, calling into question his reputation as a top-level boxer. At the same time, Inoue, another talented boxer, suffered a knockdown during his last fight, but it was considered a normal part of the sport. Both ended the match with KO but Inoue always remained "The Monster" while Lomanchenko's career started to go down. Really impressive.
What a contest we are in for! 🥊
Lomachenko is the most technical but the most technical doesn't always guarantee you a win
There's no like him in the game past or present. Really undefeated and undisputed p4p fighter!
Night night Georgie boy!
I have Lomachenko at 20-0 (11KO's)
19-1 teo beat him 8-4
@@Ghost718BK was a draw
I have him losing to Teofimo as well. Huge loma fan, but that was an L.
Loma chempion! 🎉
Is Kambosos watching this?
Loma isnt as sharp as he was back then, hes on the decline. Still hes still a top contender and can defeat anybody. He's that good!
He's just fighting a lot bigger dudes now also.
@@robertconklin3850yes but George isn’t bigger, so I see a stoppage by Loma in this fight I also think he’ll be looking for it.
@@ChampChamp2024 George is still bigger, but a lot closer in stature. I see a vintage Loma fashion butt kicking.
@@robertconklin3850 yeah think he wins by stoppage, I think he’ll be all over him from round 1.
Pasca cedera,MM93 Semakin kompetitif, semakin SERU pula Motogp
Would he fight Tank?
Kambosos is going to get his ears boxed off.
I’m a loma fan but Garcia always whoops people who loma fights before him
Triangle theory don’t work in boxing
@@Ghost718BK I know I’m just saying Ryan stops them.
@@ChampChamp2024 ryan is also sizing out of the division where Loma is naturally in a smaller division
@@GrimmReefer420 I know wtf is wrong with you all getting emotional, all I’m saying is Ryan fights the same guys after and messes them up I wish loma hit harder at lightweight cause he’d be unstoppable.
Anyone and everyone who knows boxing knows Loma won this fight. I know it was close, but Loma had the better action, landed the better shots, and was more consistent the entire fight.
I love this series, to learn characteristics of stars😊
So are you giving kambosas his techniques !!!
If you pay attention to that knock down linarez stepped on Lomachenkos foot. Loma pulled back to try to get away from the straight hand but just like a dog on a leash he stopped dead his tracks as the shot landed, resulting in Loma getting knocked down. It wasn't the force of the shot or his knees buckling .
You forgot his skills of making excuses.
If George has a bad day, and Loma wins let's see if he has excuses when he gets knocked out cold 👀
If Kambo fights like he fought Teo, applies as much pressure on Loma as possible and throws non-stop power combos, he can catch Loma and win by stoppage. No doubt.
Poor Kambosos, he's getting schooled.
never forget lomo is haneys son
🤡🤡🤡
Stop watching boxing. Haney sucked a dick in that fight
We never forget the end of round 9 when Haney was crying to his father and talking bout how Loma knows everything he s gonna do 😂
Haney was schooled badly by Loma, and then smashed badly by Ryan.
Never forget Haney is Ryan son! 😂😂
Those Skills Dead After Teo Loss
