Cannot believe you think that this is a failure. It is delicate and delightful. Flowers should not all look the same. The marbled background is a triumph.
Hello Fionia. So good to see you. I missed you. Love your work. I hope everyone is healthy. And doing well. Going through some hard times so it's wonderful to hear you say Your Pearl White
Thank you again. You encourage me a newbie to try it again. I think my base needed to set a tad more on mine, before the kiss to the canvas, otherwise it was blended and to subtle to see. I’m going try again tonight. Your amazing ty my friend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I like the way it turned out. That one flower you don't like, I love. Looks like it's in a shadow. I'm glad you keep trying. None of mine so far has turned out like I had in mind. You do great work. Keep it up!
Hi Fiona. I'm sure you can tell from all the comments you have received, they feel this pour is not a failure. The amazing thing about acrylic pouring is that you never know what quite what you will get. Sometimes you like what happen, sometimes you love what happens and sometimes "you" 👎☹️ what happens. Yet strangely everyone else really likes them. We are too critical of our own work. Yes I agree that one flower you said was what you were hoping to get was lovely and ethereal but the other flowers were equally beautiful and their lacing effect stunning. I bet someone will snap this piece up quickly. The background alone was stunning. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. No pour is a real failure because we learn from them, which I know you agree with. Acrylic pouring is a constant learning journey and we are fortunate you share it with us. 🛤🎨🌸🌺🌹🌼💐🌻💞
Not a fail dear Fiona, I love it. Flying flowers at night. Have you ever put the paint puddles on a paper plate, touch glove to it then kiss the canvas? Too much background paint makes it eat the flower! Just a thought, but the colors were wonderful!! Loving it 🙋✝️💙🇺🇲
I think all the flowers are cute. Interesting how you use the same colors and they all are so different. I love the smoky background. Thank you Fiona. 💖
Hi Fiona. I don’t see a failure before my eyes. I see a painting with some mid-century vibes going on and I love it and would lovingly hang it in my house. I hope you continue to experiment and enjoy the experience at the same time. ♥️🌺♥️
It is NOT a failed one! It turned out really pretty! 💖 A lovely background and you got some nice flowers. Flowers don't all look the same. It could be a variety of different types of flowers. From what I have learned, balloon dips work by taking off the top layer of paint to reveal the colours underneath. Because your colour underneath was black, that's what you mainly revealed to begin with. If you are able to put some colours, somehow, underneath your black, then did the balloon dips, I think that it would work the way you are wanting. Also, after putting down your black, wait half an hour or so for it to slightly set up, then the black paint won't fall back on top, so easily. Just thought that I'd share what I have learned. I hope that it helps. Sending love to you, dear Fiona 💕💕💕
Shows a realistic experience -- it is really hard to get magical results when you try this." I saw this technique and thought anyone can do that. I am going to try it" -- it taught me humility. I didn't get a result similar to the video I saw. Now, seeing this, I realize there are a lot of variables and getting an idea in one's head in advance can really lead to disappointment.
Thank you Fiona for showing us that things don't always go perfect. It made me feel a bit better about my own journey. I like that you shared that with us. Even though its always beautiful in the end 💜
Fiona you did a wonderful job and putting your paint on the glove was something I have never seen before. Very genius. I watch many artists videos and I haven’t seen that before. I know when you are doing the painting it is hard to see what you were wanting to happen but on my end I love the flowers the way you have them. Good job girl and it is not a failed one in my book. I enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing
This reminded me of water lilies. What about if you chose a deep cobalt blue for the background and then did the lilies on top with green around the edges and the magenta and that ghostly white effect on top? That would really be something!
Hi Fiona, I love this painting. It's mystical, and I like how it all come together with the designs you made with the balloon. It reminds me of butterflies in the flowers. Take care, thank you.💙💜👍🌿😃
Hi I think you could try lighter color , black is hard to work with the ballon!! You did your best, as allways , and so creative that make it work nice. In the close up I could see a the good flowers you got!! You inspire me to keep working with the balloon ! Thanks so much! 🌈❤️💥🌹
Fiona thank you for providing us with another video. At the risk of being tarred and feathered by other commenter, I'm sorry to say I'm not a fan of this painting. Yes, I don't have the experience and skill you have, but I have an artist's eye. I think the balloon kisses did not become what you were trying to accomplish because there was too much paint in the little pours you created to press them into. I have seen many successful balloon kisses and I have to say their basis was mostly pressing the balloon to paint that was very thin or a blown out area, not a circle of paint with 5 or more colors in it. Two or three colors in a tiny circle might work out just fine. Please forgive me if I am speaking out of turn, but all of your paintings I have been lucky to see have been very beautiful. I love you Fiona, I love your down home voice, and your dear accent. ♥
I like the background looks a little like marbling. Ballon kisses is one of my favorites. The one you focused on the most with the close up looks like an angel, I also saw a flower and butterfly 🦋
Hi Fiona! I Loved this Painting! The Blossoms R Beautifully Wispy & the Cell formation too reminds Me of Corals hanging from the Rocks in Deep Ocean-bed!!! I know by now, after watching many of Ur Master Piece Paintings that U R A Perfectionist & U R not easily Pleased. But I Loved this Painting Very Much! Thank You for Sharing Ur Artwork!
Fiona- I’ve been playing around with the balloon smash paintings and I’m getting some very nice leafy flower affects. Try using bigger puddles of paint and put multiple puddles down on your canvas then really smash the balloon down and then pull it up out of the paint. Smash from one puddle to the next in random fashion and occasionally clean your balloon.
Hello Fiona I love all your paintings. I wanted to tell you that after a month in a half of trying I finally got 1 to look so good 😁 I wish I could show it to you. Thank you for all your videos I learn so much as a beginner ❤️
Thank you for sharing your painting with us Fiona! You make me laugh you are so cute. I know you felt disappointed but I really like it 💟 everything you do is beautiful!
It's not a failed one!!! It looks like you scattered flowers all over. I think it is so Pretty. Don't you scrape it either!! If you see Elvis, let me know, OK? Thank you Fiona🤗💞
Always an inspiration Fiona! That background is the coolest idea - I will definitely be trying that. And the flower dips on top... I love the lacing you get with that pearl white. Beautiful!
Hi I absolutely love your art videos I was entranced by the paint pouring marble rolling and balloon dipping techniques and was wondering what the solution is for the paint mixture you used to pour with? How much paint should one by two attempt A canvas at home? And if there are any tips and tricks you could offer in a video for people trying to learn this technique!
Hello dear Fiona! Love this, it's so beautiful! Love how you did the background too! You've given me an aha moment! You may be onto something with the background being too thin. It makes sense to me since my white and black are thin but my other colors I mix for background are a little thicker. On the thicker backgrounds my balloon dips are much better. Thank you Fiona! Much Love!
It's absolutely amazing that the most simplest things of ppls everyday life, can make such beautiful artwork!! I absolutely love the balloon dips of your artwork!!! Could you make pumpkins this way? For a Halloween type painting!!? That would be so awesome!!! Keep up the beautiful and amazingly awesome artwork Fiona!!! Can't wait for the next painting you do!!!
The whole painting is amazing, but the background is out of this world! Do you think doing it in white with a pearl black in it work? Where do you get the small spoon spatula things you use to mix up the small paints from? I can’t seem to find them anywhere.
As I Have been told, we are our own worst critics... I really love it... I have not tried anything yet, still a bit nervous to try! I will keep watching... You have inspired me so much
I love seeing you creating art, also love how the flowers are ll different but similar. What do you think dipping your glove balloon into the pearl white first and then dipping onto the flower would look like?
Maybe you used to much white for the "flowers" maybe use bright colors and use gold or silver to replace the white. Just my thought I'm no artist. But still it looks very nice and effective. Could you also tell me what is a medium that you use to mix your paints and is the little blow torch necessary? Or maybe you have a link to that in another video?
Cannot believe you think that this is a failure. It is delicate and delightful. Flowers should not all look the same. The marbled background is a triumph.

Increíble, veo la vida la Cruz y la espada...!

Honestly Fiona I loved the background so much! It looked very ethereal. It's so nice to see you try things & adjust as you go until you are satisfied.
Nice balloon work!
It’s so beautiful I love it so much ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful, the clock ticking in the background is sooooo relaxing.
I think all the flowers are cute. Interesting how you use the same colors and they all are so different. I love the smoky background. Thank you Fiona. 💖
Fiona - they are never fails. You have some beautiful dips. We just keep practicing.
Absolutely love it!! will try to do this wish me luck

I love this! I don't usually like black with colour but i love the subtlety of it.
Pretty! I like the shadowy white!
Thank you

I love that Smokey background effect you got and even tho it’s not what you were going for, it’s still beautiful Fiona. 😻✌️
This reminded me of water lilies. What about if you chose a deep cobalt blue for the background and then did the lilies on top with green around the edges and the magenta and that ghostly white effect on top? That would really be something!
@Jorge Kane Yea, I've been using Flixzone for months myself =)

Son acrílicos mezclados con algo especial? O algo que lo haga más líquido y salgan esas burbujitas. Te pregunté porque ya lo hiciste. Gracias

I really lile this , it's different,but eye catching.
I love seeing you creating art, also love how the flowers are ll different but similar. What do you think dipping your glove balloon into the pearl white first and then dipping onto the flower would look like?
I did that in one of my old videos... It creates different, but beautiful result ✌️🌹
@@Fiona-Art thank you, I will try it then :)
Background looks like marble
I love it...what’s not to like
Just dip the balloon where the paint is drying, you will get the balloon kiss,if you keep dipping where u started it will be Perfect

I think the flower in the middle with the pink in the middle of it looks like a pink hummingbird.
Yes I think it's your base!!
