I love being able to cook with wood and charcoal. I'll have to take a look at that recipe. I use my own recipe.. depending on the day any where from 61% to 65% hydration
Good job mate. Looked like a lot of dough there. What weight was the dough ball? I usually go for 230g but the middle of the pizza is incredibly thin. I like the look of yours. Much thicker in the middle.

How do you like the B& B Charcoal. Does it give the pizza a nice plavor?
I add small chunks of oak wood for flavor.. but I do find that the B&B lump burns hot and fast.
