A fantastic productive Monday in the life of Molly. Would love 😍 to see more of the garden. You have to be creative and adventurous to make sure salads aren't boring. Have a lovely week ahead Molly and love 🥰 the vlog and love ❤️ Molly.
I was looking for breakfast ideas so was looking on here for ideas for overnight oats. I found some very good (American!) videos where they make it very differently to the way I'm used to, by putting plenty of milk in, and also chia seeds, which as you can imagine, gives it a lovely thick consistency. Highly recommend!
9 Perfect Strangers was a fantastic TV series starring Nicole Kidman. I'm gradually moving to whole food plant based and enjoying your ideas. I enjoy journalling including scrapbooking as a journalling process, I have a big book like yours, its a lovely quality photo album bought from a charity shop
I am always looking forward to your Sunday videos ❤ These book picks sound great and you've definitely inspired me to try journaling in a more scrapbooky way - and yes, it's crucial to remember that it doesn't have to be perfect, it's supposed to be enjoyable. Take care, Molly!
OMG I noticed you have the soap from the Highland Soap Company! I love them! I always stock up on soap bars when I travel to Scotland. 🥰🥰🥰 Absolutely love their big store with the restaurant, I believe it is called„Larder“ at Fort William!
Love the receoies salad and the pasta look mouth watering I totally love journaling too k me am afe to get into but now I can't wait to journal every day. Thanks for your awsome videos Molly❤
Loved this insight into your Monday Molly, Monday is always seen as a bad day but honestly I'm with you, I feel like its a chance to start afresh! Speaking of fresh, your pasta dish looked amazing (also why have I never thought to snap the spaghetti in half first?!) Thank you for another wonderful video 😊
So good! I was so focused on your video and your dinner looked really delicious! I couldn’t believe then it finished ☺️. I wanted to continue watching 😁….Thank you! 🌷
ACOTAR is one of my favourite series....the first book is a bit of slow starter but by the end I was smitten. Also like Liane Moriarty....read Truly, Madly, Guilty....and loved the TV adaptation of Big Little Lies. Hope you enjoy reading them too :)
Wow that salad and pasta looked really good. I’m completely with you on the morning workout otherwise I’ve just don’t get it done and I have to admit I’m enjoying the nicer weather. I just picked up the Lianne Moriarty book from a charity shop and I’ve read some of her before so I think it’ll be good, but I always end up getting lots of books that I fancy and don’t get round to them so have a load of overdue books to take back today!
I hope you like a court of thorns and roses! I got hooked on this series and I’m not usually a romantasy gal! The first book is quite slow but defo stick with it! The other books are so good
Nice Vlog 😊. I spotted the book "The Bookshop on the Shore" by Jenny Colgan at a store you went to. I plan on reading that after I complete my current read 🙂👍. I signed it out from the library.
Hi Molly just saw your new vlog lm a day late, but still watching it those books you picked at the library should be a wonderful read,l might look in my library an see if they have them there too, Enjoy your week 😊 ❤🌏🌏🌏🌏🌐🌐
I often do a lovely roasted veg ( peppers/ courgettes/butternut squash and sweet potatoes for me u can add onions, leeks etc which I can not eat), I add cheese on top too plus mixed Italian herbs. It’s a favourite of mine x though I might have to change the couscous at I think that also makes me bloated. Not sure what alternative yet but might try quinoa first before rice x you could eat this cold probably then I would add beetroot and feta cheese ( vegan option as I’m dairy free) xx
Your recipe looked delicious!! I'm not very good at painting and that sort of thing, but it's actually my favourite thing to do... and I know that each doodle, watercolor is just for me, but that somehow makes it even more special..? Difficult to explain, but my point: if you enjoy watercolor, or doodling or whatever it may be, then do it! :) -- Don't forget to add The Corfu Trilogy to your reading list... by Gerald Durell - probably one of my favourite authors of all-time. x :)
This was a wonderfully inspiring video. I've tried to be vegan quite a bit but unfortunately I can't control my diabetes when I'm plant based. But the recipe you and ended this video with looked so delicious. I've heard miracle noodles don't have a bad taste and I'm thinking of trying this recipe using those because they are carb free. Also the book you got about the 9 perfect strangers was made into a series I'm not sure of it was on Hulu or Netflix or where I saw it but I know Nicole Kidman stars in it
I always enjoy your days in the life ... I'm trying to be consistent at posting mine, too, if you're interested. We have similar (but not exact in every aspect) likes. In my recent video I shared my hike yesterday. I tried to be a salad person for about 35 years ... I've learned that as long as I keep lettuce and other raw greens OUT of it I do well. My digestion doesn't appreciate raw greens, so I have them gently cooked. But I do well with fresh herbs ... I love putting raw basil into my salads, but also oregano depending on the other ingredients. I'm still waiting my turn in the queue for the Thursday Murder Club, so in the meantime I'm going to read a classic of some sort (besides the other books I'm reading - a few non-fiction and a historical fiction). That Nine Perfect Strangers sounds intriguing! I'll see if my library has it. I'm definitely a morning exercise person. I get it done and feel great knowing it's done. We have a similar routine... exercise and work in the morning, and creative projects in the afternoon. I had an Ayurvedic Practitioner help me fine-tune a routine that works for my brain and body, which really helped / helps keep my central nervous system calm. 😊 Blessings, j
What brand of bullet blender do you have? I have one, but it's not strong enough to blend nuts - I'm looking to purchase a better one. That pasta looks really good! =)

Does your partner eat vegan as well? Do you eat together?
He's not fully vegan but we do eat a lot of meals together :)
