    Ingredients:
    For Marination:
    500 grams chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1 teaspoon red chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1 teaspoon cumin powder
    1 tablespoon cornflour
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    Salt to taste
    For Frying:
    Oil for deep frying
    For the Sauce:
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    2 green chilies, slit
    1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (optional)
    1/2 cup onions, diced
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon chili sauce
    1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    Instructions:
    In a bowl, mix all the marination ingredients: chicken, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour, egg, and salt. Ensure the chicken is well-coated and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    Heat oil in a deep pan or wok for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces one by one. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
    In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add chopped ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté until aromatic.
    Add diced onions and bell peppers (if using) to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
    Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
    Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce. Toss everything together, ensuring the chicken is well-coated with the flavorsome sauce.
