fantastic vid as always! I recently read (and really enjoyed) onani master kurosawa after seeing you mention it in a previous vid. I was wondering if you had heard of "subete no jinrui wo hakai suru. sorera wa saisei dekinai", which is a neat little romcom about magic the gathering with the same artist and writer as onani master. definitely not as heavy of a read but i felt like it has a ton of heart, and it does pass your usual test of "skip to the latest chapter of a romance"

I'm glad you liked the vid and also peeped Onani Master! My friend was telling me about that Magic the Gathering manga and it sounds awesome, being a blend of romance while also showcasing the huge impact MtG had on Japan. I got it on my phone so I wanna read it sometime soon, I trust the author with my life

Great video! I feel you on not wanting to bother with romance manga that just constantly play the will they/wont they card it's definitely super annoying and really unsatisfying. to be honest, i dropped yamcha gal because of that, but knowing that the main protags do get together does make me want to go back and catch up on all of it. besides that, if you want a really good romance manga to read i highly HIGHLY recommend "You and I are Polar Opposites". it has a super cute and unique art style, is really funny, and has very enjoyable characters. I also really like When I Returned to My Hometown, My Childhood Friend was Broken and Silver Spoon, though the last one is more of a general slice of life. Oh while not romance related, for manga related to mental health i think Shrink Psychiatrist Yowai is really good on talking about specific mental illnesses and the stigma that comes along with them.

Thank you for da comment boss! Yeah thankfully when I started reading Yancha Gal, by the time I caught up the couple got together so I was in the clear. "You and I Are Polar Opposites" is super adorable and I love the art style, the facial expressions are best!
I've seen the Childhood Friend manga around, I think I read some of it. If you liked that one, I think "My Neighbor is a Divorced Crybaby" is up your alley. Silver Spoon is by the FMA gal so I know that one is bound to be fantastic.
I actually haven't heard of that Shrink Yowai series, it sounds real interesting so I'll add dat one to my list. Thank you again!
