Tips Dog Allergy Season

- Let me share 3 tips to help you battle allergy season with your dog. Starting internally, I give Blue Ivy two of these Native Pet Allergy Chews that are air-dried and super tasty, every day through allergy season. These chews fight inflammation and support a healthy gut and a healthy immune system.
Next up, I've got a hypoallergenic shampoo that has no perfumes and no dyes because I don't want to add problems to the situation, especially when the skin might already be inflamed.
Now something to know about bathing your dog. Even during allergy season, I only bathe about every four weeks, so I don't strip the natural oils of the skin and allow that healing process to happen itself.
Last up, I will limit her time outside just to keep her from coming into contact with all of those things that set her skin off during allergy season.
I use wipes in-between baths just to wipe things off of her paws when she's coming in from the outdoors to reduce the number of allergens that come into contact with her skin.
If your dog is suffering symptoms or battling allergy season, it's time to talk to your veterinarian about what might be a good combination for your dog to get through allergy season.

She’s beyond gorgeous!
Ya I wanna be her dog tbh
Blessings and niceee dog and thanks for the info. Will definitely try that asap God Bless
How long before the allergy chews actually started actually working.
Where can I buy this products?
Hope those wet wipes are chemical free
Crush up ONLY Quaker Oats in a blender and apply to area
Worked for me when literally everything else failed
In the BATH? WET OR DRY OATS?
@@yeshuaischrist9951 dry oats, it will draw out the moisture
@@yeshuaischrist9951 it will make a mess however, so just get some of the oat powder and apply to the skin preferable in the bath, and don’t wash the skin after just let it sit and do it’s job
Can you explain a little more please 🥲
I DO NOT ORDER ONLINE ANYMORE.
IN STORE ONLY.
I love how everyone says the dog food is super tasty, but has any of them tried them, to confirm the tastiness??
Actually - my husband tries the food and dog treats 🤣 He's very curious. Dog Dad approved.
@@SaraOndrako I did that with my kids food, because I wouldn't feed them anything I wouldn't eat. A lot of the dog food is natural so..... I still couldn't do it, haha
Does you dog still get flare ups even taking those supplements?
Rarely. She will get red every once in awhile but it generally happens after an extended period of time in the environment (rolling and playing in the grass) during the spring.
Tell me this is a paid advertisement without telling me this is a paid advertisement 🙄
Do you not get paid to do what you love? Dog health and wellness are my passion. The fact that I can make a living focusing on just that is a pretty sweet deal 😊 I'd be happy to share with you how I got started and how I am very selective about the companies I work with.
Totally! It should have an ad marking.
When is allergy season?
It varies depending on wha the dog is sensitive to and when those allergens are present, however most of the time it is Spring and then sometimes again in the Fall.
what kind of dog is that
She’s an American Pit Bull Terrier 😊
@@SaraOndrako ok ty
How old is she. She's gorgeous. We have a male, very well behaved.
You take too long to say everything
🙄
Hopefully those wet wipes are formulated for dogs because you do not want to use wet wipes for people and pets because we have different types of oil in our skin computer dogs
I'm going to Google what a "Skin Computer" is because last I knew I just had an epidermis and then a dermas, not a 'skin computer'.
**Maybe too much Internet for you...
