I created it to help the many people currently struggling with anxiety, uuncertainty, stress, lack of self-worth and helplessness during the current health situation that hhas affected the entire world. Since it is created to help you put aside any feelings of anxiety, worry or concern and to clear your mind of distracting and obtrusive thoughts, it will help guide you into a night of deep, refreshing sleep, or enable you to take a time out from your day whenever you wish.
This video will help you control and eliminate negative thinking, and replace damaging and self-destructive internal dialogue with positive and empowering language and suggestions. At the core of the track is the message that if you can talk and think yourself INTO anxiety and depression, then you can use the power of language and positive thinking to reverse that process and become more confident and hopeful about the future.

In addition to helping you tap into your body's natural methods for inducing sleep, this audio track contains language patterns and positive imagery to help you develop or rebuild your confidence, as well as give you the motivation you need to overcome any fears, apprehensions and feelings of self-doubt.
This guided meditation and hypnosis session works by placing you into a heightened state of relaxation, where your intellectual mind and your emotional mind come together and focus on the same objective. When this occurs, you are more easily able to access the subconscious mind. In this heightened trance-like state, you are more receptive and responsive to the positive suggestions, metaphors, story-telling and language patterns contained within this audio track.
All you need to do is find a comfortable and quiet place to relax and unwind while you listen to my voice, safe in the knowledge that, since all hypnosis is actually, self-hypnosis, you will remain in full control of the session at all times. And please feel free to listen to this audio track as many times as you like. Because you will be a different person each time you decide to tune in, you will always find it to be a fresh experience and your mind will uncover new learnings and understandings.

Hi Roger - thanks for your message. The flow of negative thoughts is something that can take a little while to quell. It’s human nature to look back with regret but it doesn’t serve a value unless you take that negative experience and reframe it into a positive learning you can use in the future. First step is being aware, which you are. Second step is to cut those thoughts off whenever you realise they have surfaced. Negative thinking is actually an addiction so you have to think of it as such. The mindfulness to be disciplined enough to stop a bad thought as soon as it arises is the key.
