IOCL is a field cum factory job where as RBI grade B is a white collar office Job. IOCL is a 24x7 job where RBI is a day job. Moreover, IOCL is a PSU & RBI is a well reputed Central Govt. iob. Finally, although IOCL is maharatna PSU but you can't guarantee since govt is selling PSU shares & making them private. Hence, it is more valid to go for RBI central job.At last,its your choice.
