SHOULDER DAY W: SIMEON PANDA & DUKE IHENACHO

- When you walk into Golds Gym for the first time, it can be overwhelming - that's if you're not alongside titans like Simeon Panda and Duke Ihenacho! We really got after it and it was so rewarding getting to train with these guys.
We started off with standing barbell military press and it was heavy - but man was I inspired by their energy.!We kept pushing up and it felt great - amazing what you can pull out of yourself with you’re around greatness.
The next step was seated machine shoulder press. It was tough, but through Simeon's words of encouragement and Duke's incredible presence, I felt myself working out harder than ever before.
The real challenge came when we moved on to the dumbbell lateral and front raises. We went for some high-intensity drop sets, and man in that moment it felt like I could move mountains!
By the end of the session, I was exhausted - but I was craving for more! The feeling of accomplishment and power that came from working out shoulder-to-shoulder with two titans was like a drug.
I guess it's true what they say - nothing compares to the mecca! Being surrounded by all that history, strength, and motivation is something that can't be replicated. Today I made some #DailyDeposits into my wellness bank and I look forward to making many more with these guys in the future.
So if you're ever tempted to give up, remember this moment - and remember the power of feeling motivated and inspired. Because only when we push ourselves beyond our limits can we reach our strongest potential. Let's get it!
