MJ wanted to make sure every iteration of him young and mature was accurate, so by default Wylie's the perfect adult Michael, and honestly in my opinion he killed it with this scene (sucks the post-production got the year wrong tho lol)

I distinctly remember recalling the camera panning around the actor while he lip synced this song. I was a very young kid in the early 90s and even though I knew who Micheal Jackson was…this is what made me a fan immediately. I’m 34 years old and “Human Nature” is my favorite song of his and one of three of my favorite songs in general.
The boy who played micheal Jackson did an amazing job... he put his heart in the movie... and micheal jackson is so proud of him I heard the boy who played the micheal jacskon when he grew up in the movie passed away know hes with micheal jacskon and micheal is padding his back saying... thank u for making this movie based on me....
