3:01 "Shout out to my australians and latinos well" As a brazilian, thank you. In other channels I'm always like "easy for you to wear that. If I try I will melt".
I've been watching for a while and even as a woman I can take your advice as I tend to mix masculine and feminine pieces. I love how you don't fill your videos with a lot of unnecessary chatter. Keep up the good work my friend. As a person from the Caribbean I appreciate this.
I’m a girl with masculine style and I have to admit I love your channel! It gives me ideas on how to explore fashion in ways I didn’t even know I could with out straying from masculine fit.
Hey we got a sponsor! Am still hoping uniqlo will pop out of nowhere. you're the reason why I left some of the brands just for uniqlo. anyways. great vid again tim!
I cannot tell you enough how much I am watching your videos. Since I discovered them, they have helped me have more style and classier looks. Thanks, man.
You and Daniel Simmons are my favourite UA-camrs when it comes to fashion. Thank you for being so consistent with the quality of your videos. Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷😁
The video reminded me that I intended to purchase a couple of scarves to wear this winter, but have not yet done so. Some outstanding style suggestions for those us living in climates with a mild winter's day high temperature being around 5 C.
@@kcornelis606 he said it's out of his budget not that its overly expensive. It's hard out here I'm legit in the same boat rn. It's not overly expensive to me but I'm not in a position to spend $20 on a t shirt or $60 to %200 on a jacket or coat. Like I said they aren't ridiculously expensive just not everyone is in the position to be spending money atm
Tyler Black I understand how Everlane can be out of most people's budget range. In the past, I was in the same boat where I wouldn't dare spending $20 on a shirt but fast foward a year and I own multiple items from Everlane now. Not because I made more money than before but I realized quality items are simply worth more value in the long run and thus I made the effort to buy less often but make each purpose more intentional. Plus, most fast fashion retailers are so cheap because they exploit/underpay human laborers. It's all about what you value.
I've always been that kid that loved slim fit jeans and minimalistic designs on my shirt (thought I say minimalist, it's more large geometric designs) but, now with the rise of Uniqlo (yes, I'm Filipino), I was inspired to actual wear coordinated clothes and this youtube channel was a great find.
Tim, great tips and style inspirations! I always pick up tips when I watch your videos! The silk scarf with the sweatshirt is a look I will definitely replicate! Also like the turtleneck underneath the oxford shirt! Another positive, great video! Hey, congrats on the sponsorship, too! Well done, my friend!
I still can't believe you got a haircut, that was the reason I subscribed. An Asian fellow rocking a long hair and thick brows, is basically me but in a pro style level. Greetings from Latin America
Thanks so much for your videos. Loving the fundamentals and frameworks to help not just say "this looks good" but "this is how to consider what might look good." Extremely helpful
Neat outfits, I'm so glad I've found this channel and that one of the statement outfits, the grey sweatshirt with overcoat is my actual pp on ig, makes me feel my style is evolving correctly!
I just found your youtube page and I'm super impressed, I love your style, the way you present it, and the knowledge your giving. This is now my new go-to fashion outlet. :)
Man you absolutely killed this video! Great fashion tips. Thanks for taking the time to share this info in beautiful detail! Cheers! Also, I’m craving a nice burger now, lol!
One day they will open up shop in London and we won't have to pay extra to have it sent here! Also I have a pair of their tread sneakers and they are a hit and miss on the fit. If you have wider feet, they will definitely not fit well for you.
A store in London would be so good! Yes the tread sneakers fit snug, it's better to size up if you're in between sizes. Luckily I have small feet so it's a blessing for me 😅
Great video! My style games evolved a lot since I started watching these videos, one of my favorite combos is a black turtleneck+black jeans+black leather sneakers and a camel overcoat. I’m gonna need to get onto the turtleneck/oxford combo now
video suggestion: a video discussing how to wear and incorporate graphic tees, logo sweaters and anything with words on them into an outfit? I enjoy wearing band tshirts or the big patagonia hoodies and I dont just want it to seem like im relying on the brand to make me look good. I hope you understand where im coming from and I think a lot of people would benefit from hearing about this topic! cheers!
Thank you for the suggestion Daniel! I admit I'm usually not the biggest fan of garments with logos/wording, for me personally, although depending on the specific piece of clothing sometimes I'll enjoy it. I can definitely appreciate a branded garment pulled off well on other people though. I might do a video on it in the future! Would be interesting to tackle the topic.
Hi Tim, major fan of your channel! Usually never comment, mentioning the ethicality of Everlane's production line got me thinking. To my knowledge, they have never been endorsed/given the stamp of approval from major third party organizations, and market their (unconfirmed) "green" standards to appeal mainly to environmentally conscious millennials. I'd highly recommend checking out Levi Hildebrand's video on it! It's called "Is Everlane Really Ethical?" I know this might be a conflict of interest with the sponsorship and all, but I think it might be worth getting some additional information on the brand before repeating what the brand has told us. Love the videos, and hope you see more growth in the coming months!
Hey Erik! Thank you, glad you enjoy the channel 😊 I appreciate your support! I did see Levi's video, it was quite interesting. I actually just came back from a sustainable fashion event last week where I learned that there are sustainable/ethical brands who don't necessarily have the certifications, even though some may be more sustainable/ethical than brands who do. I'm not saying that is the case for Everlane, as I am not educated enough on the topic nor have I done private detective level research on them, but from that to call them blatant liars about their practices might be a bit of a stretch, at least for me. Personally I go by innocent until proven guilty, but I'm sure that if there is anything wrong or deceitful the truth will come out in the end. From what I've read about them they seem to be far more transparent than many other brands out there.
Sorry I'm late but brother I always wanted a video explaining about about this . Here you are .thank you so much .good luck and waiting for more content in the near future 😄
Love your videos Tim! Could you please do a video on how to style pieces that are just a little bit bigger than your size? Lost a bit of weight recently and I don't have the cash to throw out my whole wardrobe
Thank you! Glad you enjoy the videos 🙂 Going to make a video on relaxed clothing soon, but that's different than just clothing that's a size too big. I'd suggest doing the best you can with what you have, wearing a belt to tighten the waist of your pants as needed, perhaps tuck in your t-shirts to not overly emphasise how loose they are. But eventually if you're losing significant weight you might need to revamp your wardrobe at some point.
Great video. I also love short sleeve shirts. This video has given me ideas on not only White T-shirts but other shirt colors as well. And dark denim goes well with long sleeve and short sleeve shirts. Not sure about the cuffs. I used to tuck in sweaters, maybe I’ll start doing that again. Turtle necks are amazing. Keep up the good work.
The way you style that over coat is absolutely cool! Wish I could rock layers more tho (I can't because I live in a tropical country) and by the way, I know I keep on suggesting a lot of things but, I hope we could see another collab and this time dressing/styling clothes for guys who are a bit on the bigger size (#me hehe lol) thanks again and more power!
Thank you Kim! On the bright side, you can wear summer clothes all year round. I would be in cuban collar shirts 24/7 haha! I definitely plan on doing a video for guys who are on the bigger side, please be patient with me 😊 So many videos I want to make haha!
